^ With that in mind, i wonder if i can finally nominate Cypha for a Karma Houdini position. Lots of time has passed and everyone has noticed of what she did and we saw the consequences ...and yet she didn't received any sort of karmic punishment whatsoever and by the looks of it Cypha will be already on the side of good before Signum even has a chance to try restoring her honor xDU

Yeah, but I think it is just part-time to be a good side. So far I would never forgive her personality until she felt what is called squeal and deep pain.

Maybe death is a painful punishment, but allowing someone who become a monster alive with a little or some cruel mercy, that's more than just a death sentence.

Yep, just like Vegeta from DBZ. I'm willing to admit Cypha on the good side if Tsuzuki insists but at least i would like to see her leaning a lesson or two first, getting the tar beaten out of her or foiled. Vegeta had to go trough lots of pain and humilliation during the Namek Arc to amend for his evil deeds during the Saiyan Arc before finally joining the main cast and gaining the simpathy of the audience. And then he was trolled a bit more during the Android Arc just to be sure xD

If Tsuzuki managed to pull off that with Kyrie in the G.O.D. game i think he can do the same here xD

Somebody on tvtropes brought Vegeta up, but then somebody else said that he has a lot more charisma than Cypha, which I kind of agree with. Plus the arc where he was a goodish guy had a villain way more evil than he was.

Finally watched first few images of Ch. 23

Spoiler for Your friendly nieghborhood Cypha:

Apparently Maria is too busy with Tohma, Erio and Caro which left Quinn in a one-on-one duel with Cypha. Turns out that Quinn's weird tic of shouting where she's going to cut and how many times has more to do with her HUD-like vision that apparently determinates the best place to cut. The duel seems to be evenly at first but Cypha quickly gains the upper hand, then Quinn reveals her Divider was only on it's default form(much like Cypha's katana) and reacts, Cypha being Cypha mocks Quinn who seems to take the insults to heart as she stopped being stoic and charges mad at Cypha with her reacted divider and equipement(an armour of sorts) ...she even grows a comical pop-up vein xDU

Meanwhile, Carter mades his great escape with the Ratpors and AEC-Weapons on a truck drived by Lolo who is all excited with the situation and show off her Grand Theft Auto skills with sparkling eyes xDU But just at the moment Teana appears in a motorcicle with something in her hands, Fried is also with her.

Ironically, Cypha trashes Quinn anyway, reacted divider and all, and is about to deal the finishing blow when Tohma stops and scolds her. Since it's Tohma the one who is requesting her to stop and helps Quinn to step up while she's apparently surprised by the boy's kindness, Cypha seems to concede ans prepares to leave....

....when Signum and Agito appear in fron of her. As we predicted Cypha is unfazed to see Signum alive and even smugs a bit about it. When Signum adopts her combat pose is revealed she have a different weapon on her hands with a really weird shape i would like to call that a "sword" but i can't really say it for sure, from the first look it seems to be a spear or a bow ...i need a clearer image. Apparently chapter ends.

So yeah, we're gonna have Signum and Cypha's rematch next chapter which ill bet a really dangerous bet for Signum. Not only the AEC-Euipements are very unreliable weapons against top tiers like Cypha but now Signum herself is even weaker than the first time they fought cause of her unrecovered injuries xDU The stakes are clearly against her, fortunately this time there's a big bunch of allies nearby to rescue her tand take the blazing general to a safe place.

Genre savviness says that its either a tie or they are interrupted. Probably by Thoma even.

Heck, even Erio and Caro should be worried.
If it`s a honor thing, knock some sense into her... She wants to end like Zest that badly...

Then it cuts back and Cypha's curled up in a ball on the ground, whining in pain...

I guess it's nice to have Teana get a cool moment, but it'd be nicer if it wasn't necessary because of robots being stupid.

Going down fighting bravely or slowly fade away into this modern era of anti-magic. Seems logicall for someone with principles like Signum's. But yeah if that's the case it'll be more likely that Tohma and the team will stop her. Then Hayate will have a serious chat with her in an attempt to snap her out of her slef-destructive knight behavior. Mhhh... i actually like this turns of events, it could be amusing to see this xD

My bet is that probably Signum will start fine but then will be upper-handed by Cypha again due to her worsened condition or the AEC breaking appart ..or maybe a combination of both. Then Tohma will swoop in to stop the fight and Cypha will be like "oh well, i was about to leave this place anyway".

Doubtful since Cypha seems to be trying to be sympathetic to Tohma here xD. If she spared the life of one of the Grendels, you know, her intended targets i really doubt she'll make a fuss about defeating a small fry she already defeated before specially since Tohma seems to be attached to her.

Now that i think of it, that's a bit of an advantage for Signum in combat(not a very honorable one but an advantage nontheless). Cypha will now think twice before slaying her due to her corncern to earn Tohma's hate.

Watched the fight between Cypha and Quinn more carefully and noticed Quinn's unreacted sword broke after her attempt to cut Cypha's neck(the blade regenerated and transformed when she reacted). This once and for all confirms Cypha's power of super-toughened body which is probably what destroyed Laevatein on first place xDU
