One of the illustration here suggest that they're cannons -> http://www.gundam-age.net/ms/3rd_003.html
I don't think Fortress' thrusters are enough for a flying fortress mode. Clanche, Age-2 mass-production type (from maknaedik's post in the gunpla thread). It seems the Sigmasis technology has been standardized.

Anyways, the Clanche's looking good. In fact, I have a feeling its flight mode will be better looking than the AGE-2's. Now the question is - who's the pilot of the Clanche Custom? I'm glad that it's a design adapted from the AGE-2, rather than an almost exact copy/paste like the Adele was of the AGE-1. EDIT: Could the Genoace O-Custom be piloted by Obright? After all, it's in the Diva colours. EDIT 2: Was taking a closer look and the Clanche's beam rifle really resembles the shape of the Double Bullet's binders - is it too much to hope for for giant beam sabers? |

Good point, the O-Custom could very well be Obright's (now with sideburns). Can't believe that they sticked with the Genoace frame for almost a century in this universe.
Didn't notice that it was "Clamche Custom" until DRAGUN H.E.X. pointed it out. As of now, it's the only one confirmed that can transform. Dual mode weapons for the EFF...that would make the gravity front battles more awesome to see.

I should think a simple check of the Orbital's listed weaponry would be enough to solve its weapons quandary. As far as we know, only the Sigmasis Long Cannon as its listed armament in most sources, and AGE has been upfront about its weapons listings so far.
Also, AGE-1 gets another G-Wear, though not sure whether this is for the anime:

Actually I think it's supposed to be called Gundam AGE-1 Razor, given the weapon design.
As for the Clanches, those don't look like Sigmasis weapons, but Hyper DODS Rifles. Tuning fork barrels aside, they look closer to the AGE-2's Hyper DODS Rifle.

That makes sense too. The more I look at the art, the more oddities that seem to poke out. It does seem like the weapon is some sort of blade. The fore arms look strange, and the legs seem to imply something relating to high speed combat (Spallow). The knee guards are huge as well.

Based on Ghiraga's official model no., this unit is Zeheart's thus not a mass produced suit. -> www.gundam-age.net/ms/3rd_001w.html

My god...these new MS designs...
WHY CAN'T I HOLD ALL THESE BONERS?! *ahem* Anyway, the new AGE-1 form looks pretty badass. Is that supposed to be from the MSV for AGE that's coming out soon? Isn't it called Forgotten Soldiers? |

It's the section of the body literally between the legs, jutting forward and tipped by an oval green lens for the cannon. It's essentially the same as the usual chest weaponry employed in previous Vagan mobile suits, just placed in a far more aesthetically awkward position.
