For me it actually depends on the anime, whether i found it enjoyable or not. Anyways, when it ends i feel both relieved (if the story has a good ending) and sad (because it came to an end).

Just to give out some examples:
Spoiler for spoilarz:

Zero no Tsukaima
Spoiler for spoilurz:

Spoiler for spoilerz:

The melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya
Spoiler for spoilirz:

PS: By "good ending" i'm not meaning only "happy".

sometimes i like a series too much for it too end, just want to see more of the series, but then sometimes an end is necessary to conclude the series or else it is meaningless

Disappointing? I felt that ending.. left me dead inside.. It was.. so.. depressing.. lol

There are animes I wish that just continued.. I feel sad that they don't end how I want it! Selfish I know lmao... Though there are some it's like WHAT?! it can end yet!? they didn't show what happened to -character name- or just wasn't right.. Like some endings felt.. like empty.. some I'll admit I can't say I want to go on.. cuz sometimes they make animes go on and it just seems to ruin them.

Vast majority (like 99% of the time), whether I think the series that I finished was good or bad, I think...

"Ok that's done. NEXT!"

Seriously, one of the main reason why I love anime is that it is usually condensed into one or two cours and doesn't go on forever. Longer and more satisfying than movies, but way shorter than your typical western show, of which is either episodic and/or goes on for years before ending. While some anime deserve one more cour, or others needs more trimming and need one less, on the whole though I'm happy with the length and can't wait to get on to the next story.

Yes its YOU childhood friend - source of BERZERKER RAGE since forever
Childhood Friend couple STATISTICS(spoilers abound though)

I tell you 2 things.
First, I dont like jokes.
And here is another thing, I can see the Shadow of Death on your Face.

I feel satisfied, but at the same time saddened because I won't be able to feel that excitement I did while I was first watching it any longer.

I like sad endings, and the most unresolved the better for me. I like when at the end they give you something to talk about or when they leave the rest up to your imagination. I hate when they try to answer every single question, it is one of the reasons why I love Shadow Of The Colossus so much.

I don't care for happy endings, that kind of thing is never memorable and sometimes is incredible boring and embarrassing. I want to see the characters going to hell in the last act with a feeling of loss and grief just like Seven Samurai or Ran.

I only feel sad really if it's a show I really liked, but most of the time, I don't have much emotion when watching the ending to a show.

I've seen so many endings, and they'll be very similar, so it's much harder for me to really enjoy them these days. For example, whenever I see the reset ending, I can't help but find it lackluster most of the time.

For me, the ending's execution is the most crucial point, be it a terribly original (if it's an adaptation of an incomplete work), open-ended (to leave room for sequels and the like) or conclusive. But everytime I finish a anime, I sometimes feel the need for more episodes, and if it's a dramatic (by dramatic, I don't mean straightforward drama, I just says it if the plot looks tragic) anime that ends with a happy ending (which I usually love), I was emotionally affected (maybe that's because I'm very sensitive and also a crybaby who tears up over sad material), and I'm not really a fan of bad endings unless they are connected to characters' backstories or something.
