By the way, I'm not too sure about the translation of the title. Everywhere I've seen translated it that way based on the kanji, but the reading is "seigan", which seems to mean more "The eye-aiming demon" or something. Perhaps "The piercing-eyed demon"? (Probably matches "Gleam Eyes" more closely.) I mean, the fact is, he doesn't have blue eyes that we've seen anyway... So I went with the translation everyone is using... but I think it might be wrong; I guess we'll see in the episode itself.
Edit: Apparently he does have blue eyes after all, and they were just red at the end of Episode 8. So yeah...

We're arguing if we're going to use the "official" English title (of the boss) or the translated English title from the Kanji....
Either way, I think "The Gleam Eyes" suits the episode more clearly. EDIT: Or if you're still hesitating, "The Gleam Eyes Demon"
