Minnesota reminds me of the 49ers a little bit. A smashmouth type of ball club that will focus on controlling the clock and keeping the other team's offense off the field. The way to beat them? Get a two touchdown lead. That team doesn't seem like it's built to come from behind or go toe to toe with a team in a shootout.

OMG YESSS!! Bears WIN!
Trailing by 12 points on 4th quarter, the bears pushed down field with injured Jay Cutler (from Lions game), closing there offensive go with a pass to Kellen Davis on a 12-yard touchdown pass with 6:58 left in the 4th quarter. Carolina continues to lead 19-14. Then Tim Jennings intercepted his second pass of the day, and returned it 25 yards for a touchdown. With a failed two point, the Bears still have a one point lead (20-19) Carolina manged to get a field goal, giving them a two point lead, and running the clock close to the 2 min warning (22-20), In the last minutes of the game the Bears final drive on their own 22 used short passes to move the ball down-field nailing Marshall, and lastly Forte driving in for some additional yards. With the last time out the clock stops :04 Then the clutch happens, Robbie Gould and his 41-yard field goal on the game's final play gave the Chicago Bears a comeback victory! 23-22 6-1 Last edited by Afternoon Tea; 2012-10-28 at 15:47. |

Figured Miami would beat the New York Jets, but not by that much...before the highlights video starts, I'm wondering how the hell they got 30 points if their offense only barely cracked 200 yards...then sees Tebow unknowingly block his own punter's kick and all the other insanity only the Jets could provide...

I think the Patriots should play all their remaining games in Wembly Stadium. Five possessions, five touchdowns. It felt like they were underachieving when the sixth possession led to only a field goal.
I still have my eye on Miami. Those of you who dismissed them so cavalierly earlier this season might want to take another look. Oh, and about those Falcons. How many more victories will it take before people stop asking whether Atlanta is "for real?"
