Agree with starting from the first episode of the Axis Powers series. However, I'm fine with either the sub or dub version (with things definitely getting a little bit crazier in the dub).

I love the dub of Hetaila. I think it's sometimes even better than the Japanese actors themselves...

This epi: Back to the craziness with Spain and Chibi Romano, who's soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo cute even though he's a terror.

For what it's worth I think Funimation's dub is more of a reimagining/gag dub than an actual dub. :/ It created a huge controversy in the fandom back when it was released, and I have to agree with those who are not happy at all with the changes. Hetalia is generally quite harmless, especially the anime, but Funimation is (was? I don't know if they're still doing this or not) apparently trying to turn it into more South Park like. Some people like it, some people don't, but I think people should know this before watching the dub.

We learn that Greece and Turkey will break out and dance whenever music is on.

Greece was really cute as a kid; 'I want to pet cats' and really has the body of a god...
