Luckily they've already got updates available for the patches and SKSE. Creation Kit, not so much, though it doesn't seem to break anything if you save a mod using it currently. The staff on the official forums did say they'll have an update for it within a day, though.

I see. I'll get started now.
By far the only pet peeve with my current playthrough is Lucia and Sofie having gone nutso on me, probably because I should've bought a different home first instead of having them go to Breezehome only to get borked ("I can't wait!" "Gotta get my things..."). "Resetting" Hearthfire (temporary deactivation and a new gamesave, before reactivation) doesn't help; in the sudden absence of Hearthfire it only introduces a serious alias assignment error -- and thus screwing up gamesaves from that point onward -- that could possibly cause the game to CTD, even if that DLC is reactivated.

Dagnabbit, I just finished with my 2nd playthrough, I was hoping I could hit some other games before the update hit. Well, it'd probably be a good idea to give the modders some time to update their content as necessary.

So has anyone tried out the Command Dragon mod yet? It basically gives you control over a dragon you've hit with Bend Will. From what I saw you have control over its combat and breath/ball attacks, can fly freely, and has real-time fast travel. Plus it alters the Call Dragon shout to easily fly via Odahviing.
I want to test it out myself, but naturally that's really hard to do legitimately.

I did, and it was a thrill to have the dragon do at your bidding, belching ice or fire on enemies. However, because you're exposed, it's necessary to wear combat armor, and you're limited to magical spells or staffs for added firepower. Also, unless protected properly, never try to engage a dragon against another. --------- Okay, so I came back from playing with 1.9 enabled. Figuring that I could lose more if I did, I decided not to clean the .ESM files. However, I don't know what, but Skyrim tends to hang up whenever I enter the door from the Thieves' Guild HQ to the Ragged Flagon. Or that I hang up in mid-load while going through the door. Must be that I'm maxing out the game with 156 mods enabled, but they're mostly non-cosmetic; maybe it could be Papyrus acting up because of a broken function. ---------- There's some good news, though, as I came across this Japanese Skyrim blog, with my mod featured in their everyday feed: http://skyrim.2game.info/detail.php?id=28515

Great comic up there ... well, I seem to have survived the update relatively unscathed. My characters are still functioning and no crashes so far.

Damn, I'm getting unexpected CTDs since the update. I did update anything else, but it's annoying to find myself halfway across the map, having dealt death on those trying to block me along the way, only to be doused with cold water of a CTD.
Gonna have to configure for autosave upon pause, even if it's not recommended; I hate getting cockblocked. BTW, apparently some angry Russian tries to compromise Nexus. ----------------- All right, it's out now, for those who can't or don't want to buy Dragonborn. Peregrine Highwatch Player Home

Announced:
http://www.bethblog.com/2013/04/15/m...next-adventure This means there will be no more DLCs, only maintenance updates, and looks like they'll leave most of the worldbuilding to modders. Personally, there's too many loose ends.

There's some speculation that they're working on a bigger project. Damn, we're been enticed with some signs of further possible expansion, and then they came out with this announcement from out of the blue.
We're left hanging with the Thalmor issue unresolved, and other parts of the TES universe still unexplored and waiting to be given the Skyrim treatment. I enjoyed this game because it let me do more than any other sandbox game.
