I wonder what Nishigami's brother have to do with the resurrection?

If Touka is not the real Touka then how come she looks like Touka in the spirit world.

Hmm, indeed. An older relative, perhaps? She seems to acknowledge that she's not the real Touka and the real Touka seems to have died when she was little.

I don't think they ever stated that spiritual appearance is tied to their identity.

It's very rare when it isn't though, and typically a lot more explicit.

Regardless, I'm not going to fault the series for it, just thought it was interesting.

I'm curious to see what kind of relationship Nishigami's brother and Touka or the real Touka had to make her tremble that way.
I hope the romance doesn't drag too much.

It's possible that the spirit changes to represent the body they inhabit after a long period of time. If "Touka" has been Touka for years that could have happened.

I wonder if Touka and Akira were to switch bodies. She should be able to leave the island than right? Unless the same restriction is on Touka which we're unaware of, or it's still considered her soul leaving or something...?

No, the restriction is on anyone Lady Hahane resurrects. Her powers don't stay in effect after a certain distance from the island. At least for the cases like Akira and Touka where they can die and come back over and over. I think the case like with the mother sacrificing herself for the child's resurrection, that restriction doesn't matter.

Man, Kuro grows more and more suspicious every chapter. I don't it's too far fetch to think that he might be culprit spreading the rumor of Resurrection. First it's the shady meeting with Touka when she was young (with the possible involvement in her death) and there's still the whole Girl A incident. This can easily just be another red-herring though.

He may also be linked to the one spreading the rumor of the resurrection...
And base from Nishigami's comment during missing girl a part, Kuro seems to be ok or had killed someone before...
