“What they did to me......can’t be undone.”
Talk about that abortion of a movie titled X-Men Origins. It will forever leave an ugly mark on you, poor Wolverine . Btw, I still see some shoddy VFX during that train scene. I hope the end result won’t be as bad as the VFX in Origins.

Oh great, this is making me want to watch those X-Men films. I'm one of those few who liked the first Wolverine film even though a lot of it didn't make sense. I didn't know this one was still being worked on, HA I've been in the dark about it I guess. I am excited about this, another film to look forward to other than Iron Man 3, YAY!

Unfortunately I'm kind of already disappointing from what I've seen in the trailer thus far. I'm just getting a bad vibe from this like I did X-Men Origins and The Dark Knight Rises (wasn't terrible, but still underwhelming to me). Everything is out of context though so it's hard to say what is what. Hopefully the story doesn't have a lot of plot holes, the motivations for the characters make sense, and whoever is getting a lot of screen time is actually worth caring about. We'll see.

Well Disney owns Marvel Studios, but Sony owns Spiderman. So Disney isn't relaunching Spiderman, Sony is. Spiderman is still apart of Marvel, which Disney owns, but Disney doesn't have the rights to make films regarding Spiderman, Sony does.

I stopped watching X-men films after Wolverine Origins. The plot made no sense, and the scene in the bathroom when he had his claws out was so fake that I can't believe they got it past QA.
It sounds like I haven't missed anything good. I can't help but feel X-men as a franchise just isn't easy to make films about. It is in essence, about normal people hating superheroes. This is so incompatible with the rest of Marvel that I am not sure it could have worked with the Avengers (if they had the rights.) Every Mutant Supervillain justifies humans hating mutants. Every non-mutant villain justifies Magneto. And all of a sudden the good guys have no where to go, because they are the odd ones out. Peace is impossible because the plot is written that way, which means one side rightfully should exterminate the other to truly bring peace. Xavier's efforts are a waste of time. The comics finally gave up and just purged most of the mutants entirely. Mutants became too small a minority to be a threat, so the lynch mobs went home.
