I haven't remember any index-tan that I watched which is sub. I remember shana-tan sub but not index-tan. Had index-tan been sub before? If yes, then I'll probably search for it.

The ending part when they are discussing for the next possible season makes me eager for it and earliest for it is next year fall season

They do that for sure when an announcement is imminent, I bet.

I think Toaru has moved to the Spring slot now though looking at Railgun S. Like that, probably announce it in the upcoming Fall (October) for Spring 2014 time airing.
