Hakuryuu looks completely different in full equip. I will laugh if they pull a Blackbeard, somehow absorb all the black rukh, and become one of the big bads of the story.
On another note, is the author making a retcon? How did Solomon's Wisdom change Judal's life? He pretty much trolled Sinbad with his sob story and said he didn't give a rat's ass about it. |

Well, like K. Shiruto said, the battle pretty much IS over by this point, thanks to Titus. So I guess now the question is what exactly is Judal/Hakuryuu's purpose in Magnostadt after such a late arrival..... |

Dumped isn't the same as rejection. He's closer to a stalker than a vindictive ex-boyfriend. Making him all the more creepy.
It's implied that Judal and Hakuryuu have been watching the battle the entire time waiting for this moment. Meaning Hakuryuu just watched his big sister fight for her life and nearly die several times. Safe to say he's gone over the deep end. Mogamett doesn't deserve a redemption. He should have been a villain that believed in what he was doing and understood the risks and the costs. He shouldn't feel guilty at all. He should regret failure if anything. Sphintus blaming himself for what has happened. Which is stupid because he had no idea what would happen or the stakes involved. You know who did? ALADDIN! You know who has a literal god-given responsibility to ensure what happened didn't happen in the first place? ALADDIN! You know who let what happen happen? ALADDIN! Why on earth is Sphintus blaming himself for something that is Aladdin's fault? Aladdin should be the one to realize he's screwed up badly. Speaking of Aladdin, it was cute when he suggested Titus sacrifice himself. He's perfectly fine letting Titus and Sherazade kill himself themselves, but oh no, can't let Magnostadt suffer. They're special butt hurt snowflakes that need to be coddled and protected from the mean ole world. The highlight of the chapter was Yam and Aladdin using WoS to confront Mogamett. This could lead to an interesting exchange if not for the fact that Mogamett seems to already be weighed down by the guilt of what he's done. Rather than be made to doubt themselves and forced into a difficult situation, Aladdin and Yam are going to tell him he's bad, but that's okay, you can be good again and everything will be fine and dandy forever. Although Judal seems to have been waiting for this moment. Maybe he has some means to take or corrupt the Wisdom of Solomon. |

"No one is superior in comparison to others. No matter is he is a magician or not... Even if he has ten or hundred times more power than anyone else, even if he is dazzling >>page showing Sindbad<< don't abandon yourself to him. Because someone who lived without being wrong once in his life doesn't exit."
I know Mogamett was talking in general, but I wonder if this could be some indirect foreshadowing about Sindbad.
