^OK thanks, but what I meant was: Hibiki is qualified, Iori is eliminated.
Also, the chara from GochiUsa is Jouga Maya (not Aoyama Blue Mountain) Here is the official list of qualified characters: Spoiler for Qualified characters (not translated):

I'd like to ask something. Where do you get these results and images? I searched the threads, but I can only find http://mig380.chez-alice.fr/up0/file/u1_005855.txt and http://mig380.chez-alice.fr/up0/file/u1_005854.txt, and they aren't as nicely arranged as yours.

I don't have time to arrange everything (full results) at this time, so I will do it later today. |

Full second preliminary results (series votes, character votes, D'Hondt method, etc.):
http://pastebin.com/AtEuZvaJ The Japanese AST 2014 site still hasn't updated its pages with the results, so who knows if they're still messing around. If there is an error in the document above, or an inconsistency with whatever they eventually announce, please tell me. Since others are posting how their picks did, I guess I'll play along. Spoiler for How did my picks do in 2nd prelim.?:

Date A Live, Little Busters and Ro-Kyu-Bu each could have had one more character in the main tournament if each series had one more vote. Too bad for Yuzuru (DAL), I guess none of the new girls in the 2nd season made it. Too bad for Kurugaya (LB), she's one of the favorites. Too bad for Saki (RKB), this makes her the only main girl not making to the main tournament.

^Wow, thank you. With the pictures and the colors, it looks so nice.
I just spotted two typos: Kouyko Sakura -> Kyouko Sakura Galalei Donna -> Galilei Donna This year, we have 289 characters from 95 different series (or 94 if you group the two PreCure together). Despite Saki getting 15% of the spots, the number of series is quite high (there's usually only around 75-85 series participating). The unusual format of 2nd prelims is the main reason for this diversity since no less than 33 series entered the tournament that way (compared to just 13 last year for example). Here is a table with the number of qualified characters by series through 1st prelims, 2nd prelims and overall. Spoiler for Number of qualified characters by series:

That table reminds me of the 1904 St Louis Olympic Medal Tally somewhat.
Now all that remains is for us to dust off the old bunting and make some new ones as we about to be: GO; GO FOR SAIMOE Series XIII in MMXIV. GET YOUR CARDBOARD ORDERS IN TODAY to avoid that cruel October taste in you collective mouths.

From Prelim 1 group Y8
14位 40票 駒鳥蓮華(ホワイトロビン)@世界征服 謀略のズヴィズダー was translated as Regne Komadori@ Sekai Sefuku Bouryaku no Zvezda Even chrome with it's odd translations mentioned Renge Now I wonder who really advanced, Itsuka or Renge? (Renge was my 2nd favorite in the series trailing Kate so I may be biased.) Edit: I also noticed Renge in FractalFusion's post as having more votes
