yes i understand that wasn't a formal promotion... but genma was the instructor for the chunnin exam. surely if he thinks someone is chuunin level then they would be soon after. i doubt the hokage would hold back the decision to promote such a talented ninja. (it's chapter 115 if anyone cares)

since naruto and sasuke did so well in the chuunin exams and fighting off a massive threat to the village afterward, how were they not promoted to chuunin? it doesn't make any sense. in that arc they did things and thought on higher levels than most legitimate chuunin

1. I want to describe the live of the leading man is the original intention for Kishimoto to draw Naruto (manga),so Naruto (manga) was called Naruto,and Naruto (manga) is a story describing Naruto’s history of growth.

2.The last paragraph of the interview：
Kishimoto: I’m a father now, maybe I can draw a story about Naruto being a father. I want to show how Naruto grow up.
Yahagi: You’ve had a long flight,good job! After taking a little rest,please keep drawing manga,everyone is waiting.

Guess all we have left to fight is Naruto's alien brother, and then after that, more aliens.

Now, if it becomes a series that focuses less on Naruto and more on his kid (where Dragonball Z failed, focusing instead on making Goku bigger and badder) then that may be more enjoyable. Put Naruto in a support role for a new series, not as a lead. I want to see him in the role of Hokage, not solving every problem for everyone.

I'd much rather see Naruto have a daughter.
Maybe if the MC was female, Kishimoto would have a truly relevant female character who wasn't a complete ass-pull (I'm looking at you, Kaguya)

But on a serious note: why not have Kaguya's people take center stage? Plenty of material there to use. ESPECIALLY, if they ARE aliens. Then we can have epic space ninja battles and Naruto can grow his Kurama avatar to the size of the frakking universe only to have a punch out with a weird silhouette man and...wait sorry, wrong series.
