Man this is getting exciting, I seriously hope that there will be a volume where tat get his emotion back, hopefully the sage in the next volume do it. Tat getting his emotion back could probably throw all of maya plan out the window plus the 16 + years of suppress lust. I can already see godly gigolo tat dominating women left and right. That could potentially be the most exciting arc yet if satou decide to make one.

That's not going to happen.

Satroll keep remind us about Tatsuya's emotion problem and that's isn't going to change.

Some people tends to have a wrong way to see how Tatsuya's mind works, is not like he can't feel lust or attraction toward Miyuki or another girl because he's really good hiding those thoughts from everyone but at least for now he can let that restriction away and be more open minded with Miyuki.

On vol 17 we can se how he's very possessive with Miyuki, not because he wants to protect her or because the marriage thing is involved, is more like he has some feelings for her (remember the 9SC or the scene when he describes Miyuki's body).

Unless the book has been lying it's exactly like that. Lust is explicitly listed under the things Tatsuya lost. Appreciating a beauty isn't a deep or strong emotion. That is why the whole shipping thing is silly. Tatsuya doesn't have the emotional range to be anything more than a close friend or in Miyuki's case an older brother.

Think about this.

1) For more than 13 volumes we know about Tatsuya and Miyuki being siblings, then woala! they aren't (even if is at genetic level).
2) Yes he lost every emotion but for some reason we have some moments when he feels or think about something he normally avoid. So why the author put that possessive attitude on vol 17? why he tease Tatsuya with Miyuki at the point he wants to act in a different way and not like just a "brother"?

I think he can recover some of the emotions he lost and Miyuki is a the one who can make it happen.

A few times in the narrators POV had shown that Tatsuya noticed Miyuki's "feminine charms" and had to contain himself,unlike when he saw Honoka's bare breast in and Mayumi in a skimpy bikini

That's not actually true. In vol 8 it is stated

"to Tatsuya, for whom not even his own death could induce 'true fear' - more accurately he had been deprived of such an emotion - the fear of losing Miyuki was all the more amplified for there being no other fears to temper him and shook him strongly, deeply, and utterly. However calm he appeared, he was currently seething with rage."

I read that to mean that Miyuki is the only person who can make Tatsuya experience the emotions that he lost. I can't think of any reason why lust and romantic love wouldn't be included, provided he can get over the mental block of thinking of her as his sister.

Tatsuya just cannot lose himself in lust, but he still is capable of feeling aroused if stimulated enough. It's the same principle of him being incapable of loving or hating someone, but being capable of liking or disliking people.

LOL. I am not making this up those are Miya's own words. She did the operation and managed to specifically spare his brotherly love, so until otherwise indicated I am assuming she knows what she is talking about.

As for the rest finding a beautiful person attractive isn't 'lust'.

Actually, I am hoping it will be the Black Sage or some other antagonist who fixes Tatsuya's emotions. Force him to live with the crushing guilt of all the thousands and thousands of lives he has ended. That's about the only way i can think of to make a fight with Tatsuya even remotely interesting at this point. Sort of reverse what was done to Maya. Sadly even I think that is unlikely to happen.
