Some elements of Hotarubi no Mori e fit this (boy saves girl, festival at the end). Might not be it, but check it out and see.

So, this is from the anime Nogizaka Haruka no Hmitsu. But i'm thinking that the girl on the left might be a reference to another anime. Anyone have any idea?

She's Miran Himemiya, an idol character in the second season of Nogizaka Haruka no Hmitsu

old anime i watched when i was little but i don't remember the name
i'm looking for a anime i watched when i was little but i can't remember the name, i dont remember if was that great of a anime but since i never managed to see the ending i would like to go back to it

what i remember is:

it was fantasy themed

it has some rpg like feathures but it was not in a videogame setting ex: i remember the character had a yellow tag or something similiar with a display that showed theyr level/ exp

there was a white mascot like cute animal that a chartain point transformed into a dragon or similiar beast

i know this will be hard but if anyone know this thank you in advance

There are some old anime adaptations of classic jrpgs, like Dragon Quest, Final Fantasy, and Arc the Lad. Maybe it's one of them. There are two adaptions for Dragon Quest and Final Fantasy, but only the first was licensed overseas for Dragon Quest. Arc the Lad only has one anime adaptation.
