Synopsis:

A new infection has spread around the planet, that turns people into undead. The story begins a few minutes before the first recorded case, and shows the struggle of six young to survive this new world.

Main characters:

Amamiya Haruki, high school 2nd year. Your typically ''good-for-nothing'' and rough MC who would try to even save someone not deserving to be saved.
He was persuaded by his friends to confess his love interest through their plan...
Curious fact, his patron when talking to a girl: look at face --> look at boobs --> look at legs --> looks at face again

Takagi Yuzuru, in 2nd year of high school. Haruki's friend, he is calm and realistic.

Kisaragi Chika, in 2nd year. Also Haruki's friend and a ''cool beauty''... though she doesn't have any sense for fashion.

Samidare Satsuki, in 1st year. Haruki's love interest.

Isonami Kisara, in 1st year. The innocent bystander who got caught in the plan.

Amamiya Kaori, in 6th grade. Haruki's little sister. Brave, charismatic and quite strong (literally).

The carriers:

Unlike your usual zombies, the ones in this manga are pretty disgusting...

They didn't have rotten flesh or the like, instead, they have worms mainly in their eyeballs (mother of... How can they see? ), in their mouth and apparently under their skin.

Regarding their inteligence, they seem to be more dumb, since they will leave you alone if you hide in a room (w/ a more or less solid door) and will go away afterwards. In short, they can't find out hiding people (while normal zombies would have).

Time you have left till your dead after being bitten, less than 24h.

The manga is amazing...ly bad. This is from the guy who wrote drew Shin Sekai Yori so expecting something better isn't exaggerated.

The MC needs literally everything spelled out for him and has zero personality
The carriers are supposed to be filled with worms but unfortunately they look like pasta
The author places more importance on showing pretty girls scantily clad than writing a good story
There is absolutely no feeling of emergency.

Even if a zombie is right on top of you they will patiently wait until you get saved. The MC and panty girl (who is STILL only wearing panties for the last three chapters and will most likely continue the whole story without ever wearing a skirt again) are both injured but are able to limp away from dozens of zombies forever. Then they get saved by another group who manage to fight off the zombie horde despite being heavily outnumbered with nothing more than mops. The lot barricades themselves in the gym when for no reason at all the zombies somehow manage to break one of the doors and flood in.

Wrong, the author of this manga is the artist, Oikawa Tooru, who just did art for the manga adaption of SSY. The author of SSY, Kishi Yuusuke, isn't involved with this at all.

Read the raws up to chapter 10. Author clearly just wants to draw porn, since the zombie aspect takes a huge backseat to the ecchi.

Having saw this thread here I went to check it out simply cause I spied the silver haired lass.

And after reading it, she's the only reason I will stick this out for a bit longer.

This is really quite bad and I really have no idea why I should bother staying with it for one character alone but it's not the first time I've done it, so why stop now

Some points

MC, I have mixed feelings, why did he just give up? Just sat on the ground and said, lets die. Couldn't he have resisted to the end, then get saved. its more like he gave up, then was happy to be saved. The support cast are already calling him awesome when he hasn't done anything worthy yet. Well whatever

Infection idea is pretty interesting. People just fell over, and raised as carriers. Decent attack out of nowhere. But they are pretty disgusting, will give it that with the maggot eyes and such.

I thought the opening of the story was pretty good with exception to my next point. Guy gets locked in shed, finally gets out and realizes somethings wrong, zombie Apocalypse follows. Tho it would of been nice to get some flash backs of how it went down.

Annoying point here. Story starts with him "already" having a lover. Seen this in many survival horrors and it just gets dam annoying, because it turns out about the guy just chasing his loved one. Means the girls is already chosen from the beginning so the story just cant flow with other characters because the blocks already there. Least with something from HSOTD, he had a broken relationship, so he could get close to any girl he wanted without restriction. In a way it gave him more freedom. So this "starting" with said lover just gets me tired of it. My personal opinion really.

Its not really holding back on the ecchi, but does it really have to start withe people wearing sexy underwear from the get go ? Ecchi and zombies seem to be the new trend nowdays, so whatever. Maybe they are trying to balance out eye candy and disturbing material "shrugs"

Didnt really have the same impact of what HSOTD did, but enough to hold my attention. I'd like to see where it goes and hopefully the MC can be more courageous and dedicated, over being Mr Igiveup because they surround us, hes shown to be.

It's 24 hours according to Kikuchi. So little sister dying is pretty much confirmed from the current pace. So much for the first chapter color illustration.
