Hrm... caught up on this. I think the author is trolling. Tarou not remembering the past and being a complete idiot is annoying, but understandable.
The fact that he can't remember what happened just the day before is just ridiculous. I enjoy the series, but can't remember the last time an MC frustrated me as much as Tarou and his rampant stupidity (and apparent brain damage leading to constant bouts of plot induced amnesia].

This is one of the few mangas where I don't dislike the main heroine route. Usually I can't help but route for most of the "side girl" in other series who you know got no chances (100% Ichigo was a nice change of pace). But here I like "Ibusuki-kun" as possible Tarou bowl winner due how imperfect she is and how she herself is always seen and comapred with her "perfect self" Eve. I think I like it so much because a) both Tarou and Ibusuki treat each other as guys, for obvious reasons, but you can still feel that both care/love each other, in most series the male MC wouldn't be able to have such easy-going non-chalet talks/situations with one of his harem girls. And if, then usually that girl never wins and stays a friend. B) Ibusuki-kun got nothing on Eve, Tarou's perfect Love zombie, she got no long hair, she got no boobs, she is no adorable airhead, etc and etc. The whole inferior aspect to an impossible to achieve standard makes her relatable I think. C) The whole "I fell in love with a girl who turns out to be a guy (but actually is a girl but I still don't know that yet)" makes it pretty fun, also if Tarou still can't get over his feelings for Ibusuki even after finding out that "he" is a guy, then that's the real deal.
I also suspect that Tarou somehow will accidently (or maybe as training?) "confess" to Ibusuki on that marriage camp and either the entire class will witness that or poor Ebino will witness it.

Am i the only one who hate Tarou great-granpa guts? he easily said he would spent forever days with his imagination crush to his great-children without considerate his late wife....his family at all....okay i understand he didn't love her, he was obsessed with that girl but he should be considerate to his family.
I feel sorry to Tarou great-grandma to had such unfaithful husband. I mean seriously from that wife he got child and grandchildren and don't him feel owe any debt from her at all? |

Yeah, that was sad. It was also sad to read how Kyouko was crushed that her chance to "go into the light" was gone because of her, she was the reason the love between those two was denied. Well, obviously it wasn't her decision, it was grandpa's, but still if she hadn't been so special as a Love zombie or he hadn't been able to see her before the cave confession, things would have gone differently.
Makes me worry for Eve who says she will stay at Tarou's side forever. I hope she doesn't mean that literally because even Tarou knows there's no future for the two of them, just look at the chapter with the fat doge.
