There's those and also some stories that were bonuses from different stores, unfortunately there aren't many of them around and the only way to really get them seems to be frankly extortionate yahoo auctions.

Yeah, no real description of her, she was in Shunkasuutou though, the girls dobbed McKenzie in it with her so she came and yelled at him I think.

Yup, her name is Kotori written like 琴(koto)理(ri) the first of those characters can also be read as kin however, so you get kinri, or when you have the western influences, Kinley, the Mc part coming from their surnames.
