yes.. but there IS a fine line between bad english and dumb english.

i have bad english.. this is easily observed by my lack of capitalizing letters (i'm lazy, so shoot me)

ThIs i5 duMb En6L15h. <-- first and last letters are the same... nonetheless, still quite dumb.

and when you don't use any punctuations at all,.. well .. then its just plain hard to understand what you're saying.

a woman without her man is nothing <----no punctuation
