I can see the tagline already, "A game so amazing we had to sacrifice Mass Effect in thanks to the gaming gods".
Game looks great amd all, but I am definitely salty at Bioware amd EA for killing any chances for another ME game.

To Be honest I was ready to move on from Mass Effect already.
Customizable Mecha-suit/power-armor was the cherry on top. You know what it feels like to me though? Activision has Destiny, Ubisoft has The Division, this feels like EA wants a slice of that sweet sweet loot shooter pie. Edit: btw it's third person shooter as well

I was thinking, "Man this feels so much like Mass Effect." Looks at the Bioware logo, "Oh makes sense."
Shame Bioware is going the S-E route and just making AAA games marketed to the general audience. It's not a shame to cater to your hardcore fans every so often you know? So yeah, more shootery than RPG, so I'mma pass. My friends would love this though, and the graphics looks gorgeous.

Looks alright, seems like EA's version of Destiny. I'm all for the mech suit and open world nature.
Been awhile since i played a co-op explore shoot and loot game with the last one being Borderland. With all the suits having some sort of jetpack and gliding ability, the travelling feels pretty seamless without the need to fumble around with some vehicle. Shooting feels a bit lacking in the trailer though, hope to see more in future trailers/videos.

I'm down for this defintely despite all the comments of it looking like Destiny. Destiny never came out for PC (although D2 is), doesn't hurt for another triple A company to pick up something like this for the PC.

I'm not entirely sure this is accurate, but the short version is this-
Bioware's got studios in several cities by now. The studio that made KotOR and Mass Effect is working on Anthem. Andromeda was made by... another studio, though sounds like even aside from that its development was messy. So basically their "A" team was reserved for this new franchise, though even that studio has changed a lot over the years (some senior staff have left, etc.). Looks nice enough, but with Destiny (and Halo) already around, not sure I'm that interested. Mass Effect was sci-fi shooter but also had the Bioware story too, but guess we'll see. Well, it looks good, it's definitely going to sell regardless of whether it actually is good or not, so the final call goes to how deep of an impression this game is going to leave to the public once it's out.
