Also known as Please Take My Brother Away! or There's No Cure for My Brother! has already had four seasons, one cour each, with about four minute long episodes.

Sadly, no western streaming service has licensed it, which is a shame because it is hilarious and has a japanese dub. The anime studio is the same that made Retsuko, you will notice the same kind of expressions/poses.
