Plot Summary:

Koganei Koito works as the teenage shrine maiden at the Takamimi Shrine, catering to the whims of its resident: a centuries-old elf who loves video games as much as she hates going outside! Line up your offerings for the otaku elf—some energy drinks, chips and video games will do nicely—and watch her new friends scramble to keep up!

I've read some of the source manga.

It reads like a light-hearted daily slice of living of the titular otaku elf, who has been worshipped as a Shinto shrine deity ever since she got summoned to Earth back in feudal Japanese times. She's largely a lazy, somewhat needy shut-in by nature, which contrasts with the more proactive attitude of her handler, a teen shrine maiden whose family has served the elf since long ago.
There's also a good portion of the elf recalling what life was like living back in the Edo period, since it was Tokugawa Ieyasu that summoned her.

I like the visuals, but frankly, it was pretty boring
I felt nothing throughout the entire episode. The main character is an otaku. The end. The joke started and ended at the title
