Montana Man Pleads Guilty to Creating Massive Franken-Sheep
With Cloned Animal Parts "An 80-year-old man in Montana pleaded guilty Tuesday to two felony wildlife crimes involving his plan to let paying customers hunt sheep on private ranches. But these weren’t just any old sheep. They were “massive hybrid sheep” created by illegally importing animal parts from central Asia, cloning the sheep, and then breeding an enormous hybrid species." Live Mantis Shrimp Attacks Diner at Hotpot Restaurant
in Wild Video "A woman dining at a hotpot restaurant in China had the tables turned on her, quite literally, when her unassuming meal fought back and inflicted a painful attack. The moment was caught on video and posted to a TikTok account that documents food and rural life in China. In the minute-long clip, which has been viewed nearly five million times, the woman can be seen picking the animal up by its antenna—her first mistake—and attempting to drop in in the pot of boiling broth along with a cluster of crab legs. However, after the shrimp writhed out of her grip, she tried to wrangle it with a pair of chopsticks. On her second attempt, the shrimp latched onto her right wrist with one of its front appendages and then managed to spear her left finger when she tried to pull it off. As the poor woman yelped in pain, a second person who appeared to be a restaurant employee came to her assistance off-camera. But the shrimp was really hooked on, and it took about 50 agonizing seconds to remove its grasp, all the while she screamed and cried." See: https://www.mensjournal.com/news/man...s-hotpot-diner |

Anime weapons ad:
Palmer Luckey Uses Anime-Inspired Trailer to Announce New Cruise Missile "Anduril, the defense tech startup founded by Palmer Luckey, released an anime-inspired trailer for its new cruise missile on Thursday. The trailer’s aesthetic is extremely Evangelion. It opens with a faceless man in a Hawaiian shirt (presumably Luckey) reading a newspaper. “U.S. Urgently Needs More Missiles to Deter China,” screams the headline. Then it cuts to a NERV-style factory that’s churning out tons of the new Barracuda-M missile." See: https://gizmodo.com/palmer-luckey-us...ile-2000498033 |
