Perhaps Zekka's Sacred Gear could make her too strong for a single Knight Piece. Considering the fact that Zekka's power involved her breast she could even end up becoming Issei's Pawn.

For me Avi Amon and Schwertleite could be Rias new Knight and Bishop.

Maybe she could dislike Issei at beginning but later they could get along.

--Zekka's SG sword absorbs power from opponent's boobs. It is the reason why her boobs are a bit big.
--Her SG loves boobs.
--She aims to become the strongest swordsman and has acquired exceptional sword skills.
--She believed that if she became stronger, she would become popular and have many friends. But the stronger she became, the lonelier she became. That's why she hates boobs: because her power took away her chance to have them and so wants to be an ordinary girl.
--She found out her sword is a SG and entered Kuoh Academy to learn more and to also make friends.

I think that the fact her SG is able to absorb opponents breast's power could maybe the result of anomaly that is happened after God Of Bible's Death. Considering that having horny thougths make Angels to fallen absorbing breast power doesn't seem a power that God could have give without problems to a SG unless he too actually was a horny one

I wonder how relantionship with Issei could be.

The amount of pieces necessary for revival is based on the target's power relative to the King's, right. Unless Zekka is a real monster indeed, current Rias shouldn't have an issue converting her with a single piece.

That said, I do like the idea of her becoming Issei's Rook and the other two filling spots in Rias' peerage .
