Wait a second... the manga used a flashback for the first time? Also, it's insane how poweful Boruto became after training with Sasuke and working with the traitor from Kara. I remember that at least in the anime Sasuke advised the kid to create his own lightning based techniques which he know combines with the chokuto. Still, I'm glad they decided to give more screentime to Mitsuki.

Seems volume 2 is released in May. Still, it's amazing how the author made Boruto so powerful. Did the protagonist also learn something from Koji? So far most of his moves seem like something from Sasuke. Not sure about who taught him that Rasengan invisible or Minato's transportation. Now Kawaki feels like quite the weaker one instead.

Boruto's fighting style right now is pretty much what people expected Naruto's to be after the timeskip.

Little odd how everyone was so confused by Himawari having NineTails chakra. Like, I could see wondering why it was strong enough for them to follow, but being confused by even the possibility, when she's Naruto's daughter?
Also, really enjoyed Kawaki getting schooled so hard. Best part of this little review is it's hard to tell if I'm talking about this month's chapter or last month's. Last page or two are really cool though. Showing we'd have been better off with a Himawari manga instead of a Boruto manga. |

Kek , people suddenly go Pikachu face and angry at how thing turn out .
And i do believe Himawari choose not to become a shinobi / ninja , so i don't think she gonna replace Boruto , just because you have Kurama doesn't mean you are automatically a good fighter . Kurama also seems to mellow a bit , during the time of Naruto he always try to take over Naruto . |

Have you seen Sekibeing's oneshot? He is one of the animators of the series and wanted to chapter about Sasuke and Sakura's marriage. It kinda explains why Sarada is confused about her birth but it's mostly a "show don't tell" story as the two characters barely have dialogues and instead just have interaction as if Seikbeing was a fan of Takehiko Inoue's style

This might have been the best chapter so far. Boruto and Sarada beat the Divine Tree copy together with the latter revealing she has also been mastering the Chidori like Sasuke did in his teenage years.

What Boruto did vaguely reminds me of Ragna Crimson. Thanks to Kouji, he got to learn jutsu he would have only mastered far into the future. It explains why he's able to use Minato's jutsu when there was no one to teach it to him during the timeskip. Honestly don't get why Naruto never attempted to learn it, it's a super convenient and versatile jutsu.
Kouji's prescience is kind of weird. How does he know which future is the correct one? He said he saw a future where Kawaki killed Boruto and Sarada, but why didn't it happen? Obviously, he can influence events, but he didn't do anything there.
