Recommend anime based on my current likes/dislikes

I'm looking for anime to download this summer, but I don't really have any choices.
Here are some series I have enjoyed and am still enjoying:
Full Metal Alchemist (really like this one)

I just downloaded Prince of Tennis and watched up to episode 20, but the lack of character development isn't really pleasing to me. Echizen is a one sided flat character as are the rest of the others on the Seigaku team. Or maybe I'm just becoming bitter after a lack of anime for one year.

Inuyasha and One Piece instantly come to mind, but only because they're both long fighting series like Naruto and Bleach. One Piece has the slowest pacing of anything I've ever seen, and Inuyasha is a shoujo story, not a shounen one. (I actually liked Inuyasha a lot more, but I'm in to romantic comedy as well as action)

Hmm... then how about Hunter x Hunter. I guess you'll like it if you like Full Metal Alchemist. Oh, and if you're OK with mecha series, then try Gundam SEED series.

Check my Blog / Thread / Twitter for some random stuffs...

I suspect Busou Renkin might fit the bill for you.
Black Blood Brothers perhaps.

Prince of Tennis problem is that the characters already good at tennis.. it's a matter of improving, and that came at a latter episode.
You could try Major.. the third season is almost finished. The pacing is a lot more faster since the characters start as a kid (fourth grade) and at the end of second season I think the main character already at the second year of senior high school.

If you like something epic, try Eureka Seven.
