The guy who voiced Yamisaka Ouma in this episode also voiced Kotomine Kirei in Fate/Stay Night. Not only does he use the same voice for both characters, but both characters also have a tendency to abduct lolis in their storylines.

While I don't think they had that particular scene in mind, I wouldn't be surprised of the Yamisaka/Kotomine connection crossed their mind. After all, why else would they hire a prominent VA for such a small role?

I personally know of some people who aren't very well off in terms of money, yet can some how pull together enough to buy a PS3...

That said, given Academy City's advance Technology, PS3s might not be a top of the line entertainment system
