Its a bunch of kamikaze mechas using MP Trans-Am piloted by thousands of clones of the most useless characters in the series. It ruins the real robot concept this series had, its incredibly stupid by itself, amd it ruins the uniqueness that Trans-Am has. The only way it could get even stupider is if in the next episode Ribbons reveals that he also cloned the rest of the innovators including Anew, and Tieria, and uses those as Kamikaze pilots, only for Katharon's mechas to go Trans-Am, and for the ships to go Trans-Am followed by a scene where Katie and Sumeragi starts using Missle dodges like in Macross. |

About Patrick cockpit After what has happened with him in the first season I will take seriously all hint about his survival.
The new innovator MS, clearly show that for Ribbons the innovator are expendable pawn. |

Okay so according to RC I've now learned something I didn't know previously and that was that Billy outright threw in with Ribbons. This probably explains how they were able to get the Trans-Am on the Gaga suits and thus mercifully alleviates a huge part of the issue I thought I had with this episode by providing some context for things. It still seems unfair, but war ain't fair and at least it sort of makes sense now......well aside from us not really knowing how Billy unlocked Trans-Am. In this case it comes off as similar to when Alejandro gave the GN-Drive Tau to the 3 Powers in Season 1 in order to allow them the ability to beat the Gundams. I'm wondering what was the bigger jump now, everyone getting GN-Drives or everyone getting Trans-Am.

Also getting GN drives was much more important, before the Superpowers where pratically useless against Gundams, with GN drives the Super Powers had the advantage and defeated Celestial Being. |

Also apparently Ribbons appeared exactly as I thought he would at the top of the stairs (the now iconic Innovator entrance) to surprise Regene looking at the screenshots on RC. Last edited by Kaioshin Sama; 2009-03-15 at 05:09. |
