I know but they could have done better =w=;

Well if I compare it to those other light novel => anime adaptions, studios usually adapt the art style that comes from the manga/LN, but I guess it wasn't really available like that for this series T.T

She won't make much cash because she's a rent-a-cop. She might still have to fight drunk, thieves, other former heroes who turned to crime...

Meh, art style is a matter of taste. Checked out the manga and personally I like the anime art style better. Wouldn't mind if they went super-deformed from time to time in the anime to accent the comedy like they do in the manga, but the default style in the manga just doesn't work for me. I like the more realistic style in the anime. Don't know how the LN looks, though, so we might agree on that.

As for animation, I think they've done a better than average job. Quite nice at spots, but could be better at others. Maybe a little too much focus on hyper-realistic breast physics...

I have a theory that Lam is a demon like Fino. She has a similar attitude, a convoluted name (moreso that the others at least), and seems to recognize Fino.

Was I the only one who noticed and really enjoyed the Spanish guitar piece when they were buying the chicken? A nice surprise, certainly.

The show is pretty low budget, but they just save what they have for certain fanservice scenes etc

I facepalmed at a lot of Ep3, not just that half of it focused on tentacle groping of course, but how we're supposed to believe All A wouldn't be able to immediately tell Fino was a demon. Her pointy ears were sticking out a number of times.

As for her mentioning Awakening to use her magic, getting red eyes then, etc. I hope the red eyes is just for when she's fighting then and not permanent, because I think the blue look nice.

I do not think Demon's have a concept of chastity per se, but they do have a concept of abuse: "there are two kind of people in the worlds, those who abuse and those who are abused and you do not want to be part of the later group"; so I think Fino is fine with doing the ecchi but is terrified of becoming a slave/someone's else plaything.

I facepalm quite easily, but we know too little of this world to know what makes a demon, to me pointy ears says elf or maybe werewolf and demons from d&d rarely have an appearence that could pass for human(with the exception of Graz'zt).

So far I am surprised as this show has a nice feeling to it, I thought I would drop it like a brick knowing it is from a little known novel, has a low budget and green voice actors, but I like a lot how Phino is voiced, energetic and naive. Sadly those damn light beams are present, but it makes sense since they want some guarantee that people will buy the discs.

I almost wonder if it wouldn't be a bit easier to get into law enforcement in that world considering the former heroes turning to crime? Have a good sized group of people trained to do nothing but fight. Could certainly lead to trouble if you just throw all those people out into the world and tell them to do something else for a living.

Do police actually exist in this series? I mean I feel the Yuusha could have tried to apply to be a cop or something at least to use their combat abilities. Maybe the humans thought there weren't really need to make any enforcement facilities that much?

He said he holed himself up for a while, and by the time he came out, all the good jobs were gone. While he specifically mentioned blacksmiths, I'd assume police jobs were also filled.
