Actually I think Ikkaku is supposed to be Gordon Liu/Liu Chia-Hui. The Chinese actor who was famous for playing a Monk. Ikkaku looks like the monk San Te, that Liu played in "The 36th Chamber of Shaolin" aka "The Master Killer" Ikkaku's weapon is combination of the one San Te uses in the movie, the "Fighting Sticks" he invents and is credited with, and the almighty "Spear" Which Liu is known to use in a great deal of his movies...

I seriously believe Ikkaku was based on this Actor...or the character San Te

I must say Touche I mentioned this before Ikkaku did remind me of a shaolin monk not the bald thing his weapon in one of the shaolin movies I had seen as a kid ( I dont remember which one ) the protagonist used a similar weapon as Ikkaku to defeat the abbot

Usui from Karin does look like Ichigo.
And Ichigo reminds of Kyo from Fruits Basket. I think its the hair.

If Urahara was a little younger, he could have looked like Shirashi(from Prince of Tennis).

Though,I don't if anyone agrees with me but Gin kind looks like Fuji(from Prince of Tennis)
Also, Mashiro and Oliver(from Beyblade)kinda look alike

Every anime look-alikes:
Main character with spikey hair. (extra points for odd colors. red, white, blonde if you're asian)
Main character with giant tits and, in lots of cases, long hair. (also, extra points for odd colors)
Main character with styled hair and glasses (parted down the sides, very clean, something that makes them look intellectual).

(also, no, Cloud's spikey hair doesn't look like anyone else's in the history of spikey anime hair, except for that kid on MAR which is just ridiculous, and maybe Goku, and Vegeta)

Top-knots have been around longer than Naruto.
Shikamaru is ripping off of Musashi, if you ask me.
