Fun Yuya is too... childish and makes him look too stupid at times. He's good for younger audiences, but bad for teen and adults. The anime community tends to like things with violence because it's more exciting. KILL KILL BLOW THINGS UP WOOOOOT!!! |

If the community prefers violence then, that's rather similar to the audience from the Synchro Dimension in the Friendship Cup.
The audience there chanted Yuya's name when he beat 227 in a brutal way, not really caring 227's well being. Not to mention Shun vs Dennis and Sergei vs Daemon and Yuzu were too dangerous, if that's what is people wants to cheer then I don't know anymore. I like Entertainment Yuya better than the uncontrollable one. I really prefered to see him doing the acrobatic moves while jumping one his monsters from his D-wheel and jumping back to it. Since Crossover Accel is a Action Field version of the Speed World, I'm wondering if there are platforms to step on. Since Yuya's Riding skills still needed the dependence on the Auto Pilot mode, he can't to anything much as of now. Tsuchikage in his duel with Shinji did some similar things when picking up Action Cards. |

I wonder if Yuya's head is going to be okay.
His damage from that control chip. And Sora was actually considering joining the duel between Yuya and Crow, but decided save Serena first because he saw Obelisk Force arrival. He was planning to summon his strongest monster to beat Odd Eyes Rebellion Dragon, but left that role to Crow. Jack did not approve of the duel, some people of the Tops was some how amazed at Crow's riding skills during the fall, some Commons still cheer for Yuya performance with his dragon. Intense duel. This week's episode made me hate the director more than as he still sees Yuya nothing more than a pawn in his game. Then again, his own plans might run into trouble soon because of the arrival of those Obelisk Force guys.
The duel is interesting. Crow's lost didn't surprise me but he did push Yuya to his limits and that spell equip card was a game changer. Curious to see what may happen next as well.

which is partly true, since he just ignored why he went blank during the duel with Crow (and kept on wearing the helmet... which is suppose to still be sending in electric signals) But I guess for younger audience sake... removing a helmet while riding a bike is dangerous... hmm, thought the chip thing was still active, from the looks of the duel, it looked like Yuya just fainted from the duel, didn't think the chip was deactivated afterwards.
well... Sport is sport, it's like saying we should stop all Football activities after a war. |

I'm relatively sure that he wouldn't have lost consciousness at all and would have just continued running amok after defeating Crow had the chip not been shut down. The chip was destroyed when he was struck by Chidori's lightning; he just remained berserk long enough to announce Wing of the Supreme Ruler's effect before falling.

Can I just say how much I hate Jean's characters? I hope the jackass is the first to get carded and please let it be by Yuri, his worst fear coming true would be perfect.
Poor Yuya, why do the Arc V people love to cause him such pain? Hopefully that chip won't ever work on him agian but now I don't know if the darkness inside him can be controlled, I'm really worried for him. I wonder if these fusion people will get one of the Yuzu's? It'd be kind of a waste of an invasion if they lost again LOL. I don't see the tournament ending here, I do think they'll skip straight to Yuya V.S Jack after all this though.

That chip is gone, because if that chip was still there, Yuya would probably be dead or his memories would been severely alter. But I have to say that Yuya needs a break because he continues to be runover by everybody and with no end in sight.

The tournament of best 8, the day starting from Yuzu's crash into the building, it night ends with Yuya being freed from that chip.
Yuya really needs to rest, I think he is tired enough worried about Yuzu's well being already, and now he is looking for Serena. If Yuya did not went back to normal, I think he'll cause many damages to the buildings with his Odd Eyes Rebellion Dragon's shock of thunder, not to mention the dragon's big fangs that eats the bridge lane. |
