Yeah she'll freak out for sure. Once she actually fight she might just kick ass. Or Ishida intends to have her just stay powerless and witness the massacre, so she'll change next time. I can't unsee Nutcracker anymore. What if nutcracker had hit the spot where Shirazu's Kakuhou is situated and managed to destroy the box protecting it? |

If I remember the panel correctly she hit him somewhere on his lower back and since shirazu is an ukaku I don't think he' s in any danger of having that protective coating damaged. Still, he's in a pretty rough spot considering the quinx don't seem to have the regeneration of an average ghoul, also that rank 1 dude is pretty much screwed unless ishida decides saiko is actually the most talented out of all the Qs

Hope we get to see Saiko's kagune soon, from what I gather she's going to have a a rinkaku right? So if thats the case wouldn't it be interesting if during the beginning of Kaneki's time in the CCG they took out one of his and she ended up with it, I mean he could have always regenerated it over time like what was going on with Rize. Also if your going to implant one into some body it would only be logical to use one you know has been proven to work and would strategically be useful. Just guessing that the ghouls they harvested the kakuhou from were at least s class so that the kagune wouldn't be weak but would also assume they wouldn't want to use anything like arata's as it might be to hard to control and keep from consuming the person it was placed in.

Actually, when they had to pick up Saiko it was mentioned that she has the highest aptitude amongst the Qs. So I'm expecting a lot from her. |

Maybe it's just me, but I feel like TG: RE would be better read as a whole rather than weekly, atleast until we get to the climax. Like when I binged TG, the buildup and everything seemed great, but that same build up just feels a bit 'meh' now. It's still one of my current top manga, but I definitely feel myself getting less and less into it.

Uwah, I couldn't stop laughing. I'm pretty surprised as she's this cowardly ghoul who's been on the run so much, really got blindsided by this lol. |
