To be fair after everything Sauske did I think he didn't attend solely out of thinking he'd be a mood killer to everyone else. I'd like to think he was either hanging out in the shadows or at least left a gift with an apology.

I got some questions if you can answer when you rest:

Spoiler for Questions:

-You said Kurama gets ripped out by Toneri but Hinata replaces it with Hamura's correct? So do they show Naruto getting Kurama back? It wouldn't feel like Naruto without his fox buddy.
-No mention of him going into Sage of 6 Paths Mode? I wonder why since it's not like he should have lost it. Plus Kurama being pulled out wouldn't have resulted in death since he's got the other 8 tailed beast chakra in there. Or maybe he did something else to him?

Nonsense. Himawari is going to be a good-badass girl and beat down anyone trying to muscle in on her big brother. No girl will be good enough for her onii-chan unless they can beat her in a fight.

Taking Kishimoto's comment about Bolt having the Byakugan, I am reminded of the whole Asura and Indra comparisons. Where one was born with incredible eye-power the other was born with an exceptional body. I'd like to think Bolt would be the Indra here and Himawari the Asura. I dunno, I just thought it'd be cool if such a harmless-looking little lady could wreck buildings and tank meteors while her brother has less of her stamina but makes up for it with good eyes and determination.

Not exactly it have been pull out , Toneri is pulling kurama Chakkra out of Naruto but Hinata transfers Haruma chakka to Naruto to stop the process .

In the manga , Naruto only borrow a small fraction of other tailed beasts , Kurama still his main chakkra pool .
