It's a blurred line, to the point it's hard to gauge one thing or another. Personally, I'd take what Amy said is at a 'performance level' judging from both power and the demonstration of how they used their power. Doesn't necessarily take 'skill' and 'experience' into account if we only factor in 'power' and 'ability to use the power.

As I said before, another reason I prefer more subjective ranking systems. Assigning definite values to something as nebulous as combat skill is tricky at best.

I see you really went and pulled a Sensui/Miroku 7 hybrid...

I'd have to disagree with this. Although you can have some mental or psychological disorders that are naturally linked with your genes, aggressiveness and violence are commonly learned behaviors, even in animals (perhaps to them, it's more instinctive, but you get my point). You cannot create aggressiveness through genetic manipulation.

To play devil's advocate here, could one maybe gene-twist someone's predispositions to that end? A medical expert I am not, but I know there are mental conditions influenced be genetics...why not some kind of mind-rot that makes that person more inclined to anger?

Several quick questions @ thread:

1. I just noticed that there is a big blunder in my roster for Escutcheon. Chrono is a Commander, but Hayate is a Brigadier-General . For a unit like this, does the rank of a Commander effectively makes Chrono the highest possible rank? If this is not the case, I'll need to do a retcon. A suggestion would be greatly appreciated, though if there's none, I'd try to do something myself.
2. Other than lightning storms, are there other natural phenomena that can cause radar jamming effect?
3. Is Due dead in StrikerS? And among the Numbers, how many were willing to be rehabilitated?
4. How does the thread in general view the ability to "resurrect the dead/life transfer" (i.e. HAXX level, etc.)? Well, not that I have anything in mind, but I'd probably need to be able to do such things when the time arrives. It's not technically a spell that allows you to raise a decaying corpse or something, but a spell that allows you to sustain a person's life by sacrificing your own (i.e. martyrdom).

He's referring to this. Kyosuke Nanbu in the grunt Gespenst MK IIM, the Mass Production Gespenst MKII, the weakest of all Super Robot Wars mecha. Enemy units regularly burn through Gespensts like hot knives through butter...

Until they meet Kai Kitamura.

The Gespenst Kick is the most powerful attack available for the Gespenst, and canonically (and in-game) is first used by Kai Kitamura in either OG2 or later in OGs. Kai is badass enough to override the default settings on the Gespenst and manually make it do the backflips and then kick. It's even stronger than what was traditionally the Gespenst's strongest attack, Jet Magnum (which was also a Kai classic).

By the way, the scream in that video is scary and awesome at the same time.

I decided that there was no way Vita could come off light from that event. After all, she even mentions that the Wolkies are becoming more human with each passing day. Vita, thus, has some troubles. She's a little bit less on the tsun-tsun side because of it.

The ending is something that works better visually than anything, since this is where games would have a CG of the ship coming out looking like sparkling new with shining neon lights. I mean, it's not like we should expect Dr.Tesla Scag to be dancing in excitement over the new toy with grandiose speeches of SLG games.

lol well, I deleted the prototype, thinking I'd never use it. I do have it on paper, though, but retranscribing it might take me a while.

As reference, the majority of the technobabble came from the AI you hear in the activation sequence of the Tempest. It pretty much detailed every single aspect of the ship that activated.

And I agree about the ending; CG-wise, it would have been much better.

Those two ports at the back are just engines. Ptolemy requires charging from the GN Drives of any of the Gundams to operate.

Nanoha recieved heavy injuries after using Blaster Mode. In the series we see her grasping her bleeding arm after using only Blaster 1, in the sound stages it is revealed she lost 8% of her total power using Blaster 3. Fate could barely stand after using her own, to the point where she couldn't even dodge falling rocks, and had to be suported by Erio, so overusing definetely causes physical stress, not just mere exhaustion.

Speaking on overusing... I'm going to touch on that in the next OFM short after Sunset Encounter...

IIRC If the anomaly occurs at the target location, they'll pick up the weather phenomenon itself (probably as one large blob), but they can't identify anything in it. If the anomaly occurs at the radar station itself, it'll be much like a total radar blackout.

Another Good Day at the Order

The Order are to the "hard" side of fiction when on deployment, but when hanging around they're a 4-koma group. ^^;; I keep thinking of OFM 4-komas. Basically they're meant to be both badasses and serious business, but at the same time capable of looking at themselves and lolling at the ridiculousness.

The worst thing, I just realised, is that in all of these random interactions, everyone has been in charecter.
