Second one seems the most likely. Anyway, the point was that Ishigami, as he is, wouldn't have existed. The MC always hogs all the spotlight in harem series, with a few exceptions.

Gotta say though Fujiwara's chest looks way bigger in that other uniform than in her black one-piece uniform. Same for Iino. You could argue that's another aspect of harem manga (BOOBS!) compared to Kaguya where expect in a few chapters(usually due Kaguya's envy or good old Ishigami being an Idiot who can't keep his mouth shut^^), a girl's chest didn't play that large of a role.

I don't know about that. Loosers harem protagonists are became pretty common especially after Oregairu happened and they almost always have super popular friend.

Well, there are few shojo, I think shojo, where the MC's best bro (who is quite handsome usually) is actually acting kinda gay for the MC. He is literally making sure that MC will have the happiest life and resent the main girl or other girls that making the MC sad.

^The Koyasu-senpai thing has been out of the picture in recent months so, yeah. That would be nice.

I also think that IshiIino, if it were to happen, won't happen anytime soon. Not until the anime starts airing. The development would probably coincide with the second season because of the elections and sports festival arcs, the first of which that dropped the first little hint (Ishii helping Iino without her knowing) and the latter with the first major hint (Iino helping Ishii without him knowing).

I have also noticed how Iino has really tamed her sharp tongue when she converses with Ishii even when he ridicules her. It's more blushes than anger. It was also funny how they used the same words in the latest chapters.

It's nice to see Akasaka-sensei is actually following up on Koba-chan's dread that Iino is falling for Ishii and very close to realizing that herself. ❤_❤
