and of course its not possible to up grade it to match the guren in the MONTH that past between ep 18 and 22
when they pretty much did the same to that guren in almost the same amount of time

"About to roll out" means it was not done. If she had said, "it's rolling out," then that would mean it was completed on the spot, as in that episode. "About to roll out" means they were still putting the finishing touches on it, hence it was not completed at the time. The Guren was upgraded first, plain and simple. If the Albion was completed before it, he'd be piloting it at that point.

FLEIJA consists of a gun and a control panel, that's it. It'd take an hour at most to move it. And no, about to roll out in this context does not mean it's done. Rolling something out, generally speaking, is when a certain item is revealed or made available for use. This isn't some mass-production line of Knightmares, it's a single customized unit. It hasn't been rolled out at that point, which means it isn't ready for use at that point.

For a high performance, non-mass production model these types of tests are even more important. |

the guren kasoshiiki was more then "rolled out"
it was a fully operational machine with very differenet specs and equipment but they still took it apart and put it back together (at least the float system) in no time they put in a new OS installed new weapon systems and increased its specs to the same level (possibly higher) of the machine they were building at the same time it makes no sense that they could just increase the albions specs to match it in the month before that especially if they knew that he would probably end up opposing the guren (lelouch's plan) and like i said after the beating he took in ep 18 there is NO WAY that suzaku would get the albion and NOT ASK "will it be able to match the guren" he new the answer (Lloyd did build both) and he still expected to win so the difference in machine potential couldnt have been all that great

Flamethrowers on a Knightmare Frame would only be good as anti-personnel weapons. Typically, Knightmare Frames are too fast for flamethrowers to be effective on them, and we don't know if Sakuradite's good at igniting. Probably not, else they wouldn't start making machines out of highly flammable material.

I assumed that since Knightmares are metallic, overheating one to a certain degree would perhaps melt internal circuitry and shut down electricity flow from the Yggdrasil Drive. Surely, Knightmares have be generating heat when in action and would have some sort of temperature limit in regards to overheating issues.

there is a reason why flamethroweres arent used as anti-tank weapons IRL
why would it be used against KMF's who are about as well armored and much faster you'd never be able to hit it up to the point needed to damage it before it kills you with less showy and more effective weapons
