Look up KeyHole TV, it streams live from Japan, crappy quality though... It has a bunch of channels, so you have to choose TBS. Though I understand there's another one with 00 on it.

KeyHole itself is a quick to download and install client. Very limited functionality to it... (Wish I could resize the window and all...) As I understand it KeyHole is apparently connected in some way to Japan's Ministry of Information or something like that, oh... Ministry of Internal Affairs... How that is and Internal Affair I have no idea though, so its completely legal and everything.

I find it kind of funny and coincidental that the last two episodes of the science fiction series I am actively watching have featured time skips. Battlestar Galactica and Gundam 00. If Tytania has a time skip next episode then I'm going to start to wonder.
