She only did the second opening though, the first one is by Larval Stage Planning which also did the opening of the first season.

Knowing nothing about the girls and going by the group image here, I went with Lilith because of zettai ryouiki

It's not girls only, it's just that the 7 strongest mages besides the headmaster are girls.

Somehow this doen't compute for me. If she's one of the seven strongest mages, she shouldn't need any weapons, much less that huge rifle. Is there any good reason she's carrying it around with her?
If the others also had guns and rifles, it perhaps wouldn't look so out of place, but her being the only one there... it looks strange.

Its magic. You haven't seen that much fantasy genre yet that uses different medium of magic? you will be surprised if you try to read or watch other series that fall in that category. Using guns isn't that much weird or surprising.

Ah, I see... so it's not an ordinary rifle, but a rifle created by magic. That makes a lot more sense already and explains its presence.

Yes, that's certainly much more magical that if it behaved like an ordinary rifle.
I hadn't seen something like that before - until recently, when I watched Chaika. They (Chaika and others) also use rifles to fire all sorts of magic there.

So Funimation revealed their fall simulcast, but no Trinity Seven. I wonder if Trinity Seven won't get simulcated? Does anyone know how many shows Crunchyroll simulcasts?

That's already good news. Funimation so far isn't simulcasting it and hopefully neither would Crunchyroll. Personally I'd prefer if Hulu simulcasts it, that way I know for a fact that I'll be able to watch a show on the day it comes out, unless Hulu gets it after the show comes out.

I think more those gun were create from scratch, and since each spare part got magic, the overall end result will be a magic gun, which is way more dangerous than any weapons.

Plus it for conveniences sake so that she can create any gun whenever she want and doesn't need to carry any type of gun at all when she travelling.

Crunchyroll I can understand, but why Hulu? You do know you don't need to buy the Hulu Plus membership to watch the simulcasts right? I've been watching SAO II with a regular account as well as Blade Dance when they finally managed to pick it up. Also with a lot of anime, I don't think any of them require Hulu Plus membership to watch. The most you have to watch out for is age restrictions for when you're under 17. I know of those because they annoyed the hell out of me when I tried to watch DxD New and DxD Dub before I turned 17 in June.
