There are many floating cities, of course each of them has their own school.

The one that has supreme authority is the pope which leads all the humans and other floating cities. Currently the pope is in the BIGGEST floating city( i call it mainland for easy explain).

The mainland not only big, it also has some floating island surrounding the mainland. No one claim to own a floating city, but the pope owns the mainland to show his supreme power.

Fun fact: Mainland may called the biggest, but MOST of its people is normal citizen. Unlike most floating cities, their citizen are trained to a minimum.

Chloe become more aggressive at volume 5. You cant see it in anime because the story still at volume 2 only and most likely end at there. Up to volume 6 no hints who he likes.

Before Mystogan sending their best team to participate the mainland world tournament with the prize of knowing the secret of the world and meeting the pope, Mystogan decided a tournament to select which team to go. Chloe is a appointed as Kanata's sub intructor for a moment. Team A177 has 9 wins and 1 lose, which is lost to Kanata's team E601. The other way around, Team E601 has 9 loses and 1 win. Team A177 is selected to be the best. But Alice the last survivor from volume 4 incident has a different motive and pressure Christina the highest authority to let E601 be the team to go. Christina cant say no and then pressure Freon to change it, Freon is seriously dissatisfied( at this point she doesnt hate Kanata anymore but unhappy with the abuse of power). At the end, Team A177 and E601 both are selected. Next volume 6 story begin at the mainland.

Totally how many is going to the mainland in volume 6?

Kanata, Yuri, Rico, Misora, Lecty, Blair, Christina, Alice and all Team A177. Some good moments before their departure at the docks especialy the small warm chat between Freon and Rico

By far volume 6 the best out of all.

1) More new character. Good ones, the bad guys, the pope and the cursed power of kanata. Huh wait, what? Did the cursed power fly out and given a role as a new character?
2) More fighting than normal, include a teary battle moment and some really crazy ones
3) Small part of the bugs origin revealed
4) When and the process of Kanata get the cursed power revealed
5) lol did i see some zombies? And great, some little beautiful bad girls << very op, not a joke
6) One almost get killed, another one lost too much blood and stand on a thin line of dying.
7) A big surprise for Kanata waiting at the end of last chapter.

AHHHH. You're being way too vague for my liking and while I can understand you not wanting to ruin the surprise there is no surprise to ruin in the first place because the odds of this getting picked up are zero.
I'm buying the volumes myself and scanning through them for the relevant bits, then piecing together what I have from OCR, dictionaries and translator aggregators I can get a more complete perspective of the situation.

Also I wondered a while ao if Chloe had a thing for Kanata but at that time the answer I got was that she only saw him as a friend, so she has had a thing for him a long time huh? Well that Yuri has had a thing for his has been kind of obvious for most of the anime.

Wow so Chloe actually joined in? Her feelings for him are not very obvious at all so it's clear now that she's been repressing them probably from fear of changing their current relationship or out of considerations for others. Either way I really liked her ever since I saw how chummy and familiar she is with Kanata so I'm not complaining at all with that development.

I actually liked Chloe and think she's the best girl. Among the girls, the anime shown so far. I like Chloe the best and Yuri next. I prefer those 2 over Kanata's student. I didn't like them that much.

I like Chloe since first episode when she do the spin and present a proposal for Kanata to become a teacher. She's so cute though tsundere Yuri is also nice.

Well its not a surprise that Chloe is into Kanata. They are both childhood friends and even now Chloe always go into Kanata's room through the window (sometimes include Lloyd). Plus our Kanata the type that doesnt have any girl in mind but a natural girl magnet. An anime of 2 volumes might not see the difference, after that there is.
