So the new cruiser is the Italian cruiser Giuseppe Garibaldi. So do we get a remodel into a guided missile cruiser? (just joking)

When on a Hiatus from the game for 6 months due to laziness and boredom of the game. Came to see new stuff and there an event going on! ....welp with 3/3/3/3 but with only 500 bucket. Should be enough for a few Hard and Easy run(maybe casual)

Neat, the Italians can go nuclear at range while a refit Iowa gets the nuclear shells (and maybe nuclear cruise missiles).

Seeing the CG without the card it becomes clear that she is supposed to be illuminated by the moonlight or her flight deck there. Good thought, sadly the Background card screwed that up.

The class ship? Not one of the other members of Taffy 3? Interesting.

Fletcher easily outstrips any of the other class ships in terms of sisterships (175 total built). But will she be the big sister type? And how will the other class ships react to her?

I suppose she's the American Fubuki equivalent. While the Gearings are more the Kagerou equivalent.

Being the eldest doesn't mean she'll be the most mature. Both the Agano and Shiratsuyu class are a good example for that.

Considering that KC has been going with a system for one artist per ship class for years now (after their shenanigans in the early days), why wouldn't Fletcher be drawn by Zeco, aka the same artist who drew Johnston?

I would have thought they would have picked Maryland. Easier to shorten to an actual name.

However, of the three American Big Seven, Colorado was the one that wasn't at Pearl Harbor. She also missed some other big engagements that Maryland and/or West Virginia were at. (Though I wonder if they remember the cancelled eighth member of the Big Seven, USS Washington (BB-47).)
