I think Saki girls decline is at least partly due to actual rigging (or "punishing", as the J-SaiMoe admins may see it), but I think that for the other girls, people just lost faith in the tournament and quit.
I'm guessing they're using the stamping out of proxies and all as a cover to sabotage Saki and stuff.

Also, your phrasing is kinda weird. It seems as if PMMM is part of Saki? Lol.

It's kinda sad for me to see either Watashi or Azusa lose at this point. I want them both to go deeper than this.

Watashi is currently leading 47-39.

How about a rare draw? Then both will advance to the next round.

72-48 on my tracker in favor of Watashi. Only 72. Unbelievable. Not a lot of people are confident Watashi can make it past quarterfinals, let alone semifinals.

Both are underdogs at this point, so this match probably isn't attracting a lot of "neutral" voters, or voters looking for someone who could, say, stop Madoka Magica.

Well, then I must be one of the few who believes in Watashi. That's right, I believe in me.

I am lucky enough to still be able to vote and today I voted for her.
Go Watashi! You can do it.

She only has to make it to semifinals, then the Madoka fans will start turning on each other and bam! Watashi wins the tournament. A flawless plan.

Because it's such a tradition, I think it could still revive, but it'd take a huge makeover.

I wouldn't mind.

Although I have to say it's pretty much impossible that I'd not reach a Good End at this point. Being a huge Madoka fan helps. And if somehow Kuroneko, Watashi, or TOSHINO KYOUKO were to win I'd be just as happy.

Methinks dat final is more likely to occur than Watashi winning. (Kyouko-Kyouko)

K1-7: Tomoe Mami vs Nishizumi Miho

We've got Puella Magi vs non-Puella Magi matches for the last two matchs of the round. Miho is strong butshe hasn't shown the ability to beat a Puella Magi let alone potentially the strongest one. Tomoe Mami will win here.

Vote:
Tomoe Mami

Prediction:
Tomoe Mami

It's not going to go away. It's not Anizone Best Moe. The organizers in Korea chose to neglect that tournament this year like a stray mutt.

108-74, Watashi midway through final hour. #watashistronk?

Implying PMMM can EVEN be stopped at this point...

Tomoka's out, Azuki is most likely out. That leaves only two support choices for me..... and they're both on the other side of the bracket.

And we have another delay in the results. DDoS attack once again, it seems, or other server issue.

I'm more surprised by how much Watashi won over Azusa than the low vote count. I tend to evaluate strength based on the gap difference and vote percentage rather than vote count. I can't believe Azusa has so low stats this time. I thought it could be much closer.

Still have faith in Watashi though, despite the low vote count . I heard today the site had DDOS attack?

For tomorrow, have a good fight, Nishizumi-dono.

Yes, Watashi won! Happy!

But I'm also surprised at the vote difference. For some reason, this match did not attract much attention but a crushing victory is a crushing victory. Henneko's Tsukiko won her match easily and with a large vote count (for present standards) and, isn't Azusa supposed to be stronger than her? I still think Watashi can win the next round but there I'm sure it's going to be a closer result.

Next up is Nishizumi-dono and she will only need a miracle or two to beat Mami but miracles happen so yeah, Go Miporin! Panzer Vor!

They probably can't be stopped, but I think the two girls most likely to pull it off are Kuroneko and Tsukiko.

On what basis? Serious question.

In any event, Watashi vs. TOSHINO KYOUKO should be interesting.
