Matou is official. Tousaka is not. That's why.

Source: Fate/side material.

I'd defend official naming if not for Yumiduka...

But yeah, use Tohsaka.

Oh right. Yumiduka....

I don't even know why that sounds weird to me, but it does. Isn't it sad, Sacchin?

Argh... you guys are so picky when it comes to these things, but I'm going by literal romanji, so no "h".

The Picture Vote
Touka - 02, Wish I'd had some time to dig through the series and find hte perfect Touka image. But I think this one will do. Shows a happy face and her sword.
Ayumu - 08, Well everyone loves strawberries
Tsukasa - 05, Had to go with something. It's a nice expression for her.
Kagami - 09, Blush with cookies .
Kyou - 02, Just a great smile, eyes, and the whole thing just feels right.
Ryou - 04, Really gives off a nice feeling.
Rin - 10, That's Rin for you.
Saber - 03, Go stuffed Lion.
Konoka - 01, Looks like the right image.
Nodoka - 05, One I'd be willing to vote for.
Setsuna - 02, Just a moe image I think.
Shinku - 02, Looks more serious I guess.

Hahaha, all these silly romanisation arguments would be easily solved if we just use Furigana (the Katakana characters written above Kanji) to spell out the original syllables

Anyway, pulling an impromptu all-nighter here at the office just because everything is more convenient this way (and to atone for a serious case of procrastination today and yesterday). Now to wonder when I collapse to sleep and when I edit bios...

No one cares what you think.

Ah, and I did some tactical profile choices (as in, "I liked #2 more, but #1 has one more vote than #2 does, so if I vote #1, It'll be set and I'll have less work later. Yay!)

So yeah, chosen ones posted up, and the two left are Kagami and Nodoka.

Isn't furigana usually in Hiragana?

And good luck on your all-nighter. I passed over 20-hour hump just an hour ago so I'm not particularly tired anymore.

Whoops, you're right - Hiragana not Katakana. But hey, we'd be trying to write for romanised words so it's gotta be Katakana in the parenthesis~

All-nighters are an exercise in Urgency and Tension. I've no reason to stay awake so I'll be sleeping however I see fit. I've once pulled a double all-nighter with tactical 30 minute power naps though... it's... enlightening how much you can do even with 2 nights of no sleep.

I actually have no idea what we're trying to figure out. Apparently it's whether or not it's romanised as "Tousaka" using whatever system has "ou" for "ō", as "Tosaka", or as the commonly accepted "Tohsaka", but I got kind of lost when they mentioned ehh... Yumiduka.

I can never pull off 30-minute naps well because I can never sleep when I need to.
And it's also quite amazing how I got roughly no work done in the twenty hours I was awake.

Gah, Yuno is so cute.
And so is Miyako.

But slice-of-life isn't doing it for me right now so I'm going to go watch some moe yuri. Not the implied kind.

PS. Is this thread the only active thread in "General Anime" now that the new season has begun and everyone is flocking to the "Unlicensed" forum?

Oh I don't care what the choice will be - the English alphabet fumbles on Rin's family name no matter what it attempts so it concerns me not.

Same here under ordinary circumstances. Under "HOLY SHIT WHY'D I PROCRASTINATE SO MUCH?" conditions, you work yourself to oblivion so it's much easier to fall asleep when you let yourself (read: when you convince yourself 3~8 alarms will get you up after those 30 minutes instead of 8 hours). Actually, the best alarm clock is a human friend - get them to do everything they can to kick you out of bed after those 30 minutes are up. Not always a convenient option but if it's there, use it.

I'd be surprised if you managed to get significant work done while trying to stay awake that long. It's easy to stay awake long long hours, but being productive while doing so is only achievable when you're in "ZETTAI PINCH" crisis mode (where you can get an unbelievable amount of mediocre work done, but if you want some quality out of what you do, it's not advised). Normally we just do what we like/enjoy to stay awake, but to get work done (assuming it's not your joy of life) you need Tension (sometimes overlaps with 'Stress').

Oh sweet, Vita's bio is still 7 pages long. Maybe I need to watch StrikerS and tackle that.

No, Vita's bio is now half a page. Scroll down to the bottom to see the Latest Draft. I'm keeping the First Draft for the archives~

You probably won't miss much if you just skip to the last episodes, when they board the Star Destroyer. Well, A's probably covers most of the moe points anyway.

Hm, okay. I'll try to look over the ones that have short bios (Shiori, Ryou, Chiaki) to see if I can add more things without spoiling something.

EDIT: Someone tell me how on earth my Rin won.

EDIT2: Just as I thought. I didn't even vote for mine lol.
