KV-1S are dangerous opponents, but they can be derp'd to death if they have some other trouble to occupy their attention. I'm not sure running a pack of T-34-85's would do all that well in comparison. |

Yeah, if you're doing crew training, you're supposed to get the Premium tanks after you get your other tanks, otherwise you pay money.
Right now I have the T-25 (and, well, the Pz S35) training my German medium crews, the T-15 training my German scout crews, and the Dicker Max trying to kill my German TD crews. However, I did buy the Churchill III waaaaaay in advance of getting the KV-1, so that the KV-1 could start with a better crew than average. But I knew that I'd have to pay for it. |

Forgot this.

Just what is the timeline of this "mandatory"? I don't object to riding up this line, since I wanted to try fast Soviet scouts anyway (it does miff me up a bit to abandon pure MURRICA exceptionalism...), but I'm not getting out of my M4 and M4E8 until I'm actually good with both tanks. Moreover, I have no intention of saving 2 garage slots for when I'm a welfare warrior with very limited garage slots. 1 slot, sure. So do you want me to roll the T-34, and if so, when do you want me in it? |

T-34/85s are no longer the focus, just T-34s. Use whatever tier 6 you're good at in the company battles. As for "'Murrican exceptionalism", consider it the redneck's addition to his armored collection out on his Texan ranch. (ooh gotta get me one of them commie Tee-furty-thors! Yee-ha!) |

^You want us to diversify, and I got that.
But there's a kind of appeal in sticking to just one theme, y'know. A...purity of experience, you could say. When I started I could have gone for any nation (in fact I was partial to the French and their awesome dark marine blue color scheme), but since I went up the US, I chose to stick to the US... Good to hear it's not bolded mandatory or with a timeline. I'm still fine with riding up that line at a later date/at my leisure for some fun with the fast BT's (aside from the Stuarts, do the Americans have any scout worth playing, well, as a scout?), and for solidarity with the clan and all. Just give some advance warning about clan events, and I'll grind for the T-34 in time for training and matches. |
