Kirino will eventually have to learn to not be spoiled by Kyousuke, so maybe she wants to stop being spoiled on by him and finish this final life counseling off with something. (Don't know if it is in the next episode or not, we will have to find out)

For all those crying about the child loved by god, effort does not equal to result. Effort is just a mean to get to the end. People only acknowledge the final result not effort. If you watch bakuman, amateurs people are just called gamblers and when you go to casino, play slot and loose your entire life saving plz dont cry.
heck, she is my sister isnt that already convinced enough ? Personally i dont feel anything if i have to throw my pride, ego to save my little sister. This ep make the main lead look a bit dull since he did not have any under his sleeve but still he is one good damn brother. |

Marathoned this the other day to catch up.... this really is an entertaining series and at least until the "anime adaptation episode" felt pretty down-to-earth but whatever. It's only suffered from having to table story threads due to time budget (e.g. Ayase's perception of our protagonist, followup with the father, etc).
Lots of nice encapsulation of various otaku themes though (particularly between Kuroneko and Kirino).
