The person who loves and understands Aikawa the most - despite the mishaps - is almost certainly her mother, who is probably in the best situation to help her at this point.

Aikawa wouldn't be running away from her problems if she returned home; she would be facing them as people in her home town probably know her secret. Let's not forget she ended up in this situation in the first place by trying to run away from her problems, only to find that she could not escape her past.

But you do have a point; leaving her home town to live in a faraway place all by herself was far from the best decision she could have made. It's a huge plot hole, if you ask me.

Well Aikawa is a 15 year old girl probably scared and confused right now. The only thing she can do is run away to protect herself. That is most likely reason she left home she is hoping to forget, cause everything in her hometown will keep reminding her of what had happened to her. Aikawa is running this time cause now she is even more confused, the person she loved whom she thought has no knowledge of her secret just confessed that he knew about her secret. Running home to her mother should help her sort out her feelings and emotions, after that maybe plan for what she is going to do next.

Aaaw, Kazuki's way of saying goodbye is touching. I guess she finally realize that Daisuke eyes are only for Hinako. You know even his sister was amazed that Daisuke still loved Hinako despite her predicaments. You're the man Daisuke!

In a way Kazuki did somewhat redeem herself, I figured she would somehow, but she's still screwed up in the head and I'd sure as hell never date her. I have a feeling I know how this is going to end after seeing the last page of this chapter, but I'm still curious how Yuzu redeems herself.

Kazuki understands Daisuke love for Aikawa, because she herself understand her love for Daisuke. in ch27 I was thinking about how Kazuki would feel of she knew, looking at it from her perspective, a person she loves, loves another even already knowing the persons past. She understands that thats true love, and her love for Daisuke would not even rival it.

Daisuke love for Aikawa was what made him told her he knew everything from the beginning from the church. Sure Aikawa mightve hated him for it, but to Daisuke, it doesnt matter. He wanted to tell her everything and not hide anything no matter the consequence, which is what true love is.

Aikawa right now is in a state on confusion, and panic. She doesnt know what to do. I mean she wanted NOBODY to know what happened to her, but Daisuke knew, and from the church even where she thought he was a priest. Its pretty much a big battle in her mind right now as to whether she trust Daisuke or running away again (which could mean alot of things.....but one thing particular that I dont what to happen). At the end of CH 30 we see Daisuke sister in the confession box. It might be that shes the final push to make Aikawa mental state be more stable and choose Daisuke to be there for her.

I see alot of myself in Daisuke, from the emotions to his bahavior in a lot of instances where I would've done the same.

Kazuki surprised me in a bit. She wasn't as cold as I thought, and she completely understands how Daisuke feels about Aikawa. She hasn't given up, but at the same time, I don't think she's going to try and force her love onto Daisuke anymore.

Ahhhhhhhhhh......

Finally done, kinda happy, kinda sad. I like the forshadowing Kazuki did at the end in regards to the issues later on. I really hope that eventually maybe in a year or two after a break or something Kusunoki-sensei decides to make use of that and tell the remainder of their story. I would really like to see more of it, such a bittersweet feeling when one of your favorite stories ends.

True, there is a decent chance they will split up like most relationships at that age. But I think it they were mostly thinking about their insecurities and selling themselves short. They might still stand the test of time because of what they had to get through to get to this point. Nevertheless, the positive side to it is indeed that they will try it out despite their insecurities, rather than using those insecurities as an excuse not to.

I agree, I think that's what makes me most hopeful that eventually she will come back to them and tell that story. Because she too realizes that there is lots left to tell in regards to the trials and tribulations they will go through from here on out. It's not that they don't have any chance, they just both have a lot of insecurities, as you stated.
