The manga is the same, so probably. She could be going through a growth spurt.

Could be something like her soul got sold to him or something, or maybe it's her family member?

Lizel also apparently gave up half of her life for Yuuto's sake IIRC. So if Reina sold her soul to the Grim Reaper it'll be similar to what Lizel did. That can't stop it from happening if the author wants to go that route, but I'm just pointing it out. We'll see.

But yeah, as for Reina's boobs, I guess she could be going through a growth spurt.

Kuji Masamune(the author) posted on twitter an interview he had this month where he talked about the endings of Masou Gakuen HxH and Ecstas Online, the differences and similarities between the 4 protagonists of his series, what he had in mind when writing Maou Gakuen no Hangyakusha and Tensei Maou no Juliet and a couple other interesting things.

I just used google translator to read it. It doesn't you you a complete grasp on what he's saying, but its enough to get a general idea.

Does the story seem to be the same as in the LNs? In the Afterword where he author talked about the manga, he seemed to imply it having a different story. Although it could just be my misunderstanding.

Cover of 3rd volume is just good as others, I wonder if Neith will join Yuuto's harem(They are quite close)

And manga adaptation is truly precious thing to me.

By the way, I wonder if this illustration from V2 shows Yuuto's Mom(If yes, then his mom has "drop-dead" body) Since I'm usually bad at guessing things in Illustrations

Yes, those are his parents. Yuuto complained several times already about how they look younger and better than they should due to them working for demons.
