http://img263.imageshack.us/img263/6...ilstartish.png no text http://img690.imageshack.us/img690/6025/notextw.png also added an outer glow to the lighting texture. Pat-chama thank you for teaching me of that; I also want to ask you in particular whether you think a few scattered glowy fairy dust brushes would be in order?

Glowing dust tends to attract the eyes but it will lose the focus on your main source (the lady) so be careful on using them ^^

Maybe its just me, but I don't see any real difference between the two except the line that twirls around the woman has a little more glow to it but not enough to lose focus. But again that's just my opinion, also the no text is a little better (since I cannot see textv2 )

Hm, well you've got potential alright, I must say!
As for the last SOTM draft, I believe that the outerglow/outline on the right sight where her hand is in the dark is not appropriate, it should be fading away, blending with the background, you could use the smudge tool for that with some appropriate settings [if you need any just ask ^^]. Now because of the render it is quite difficult to grasp the sense of lighting. I think as it is, the light should be coming from behind but more on the left side of the signature. The brushes don't seem to fit since the girl is not facing well... let's say us. Try to look for some brushes with a higher quality, you can find very good ones usually up for grabs on deviantArt.com as well as brusheezy.com and a few others. So goes for the text fonts, you can find some good ones that might suit your tastes on dafont.com. If you don't know how to install them it be easy: extract from archive -> copy/paste into the folder named Fonts located in C: Windows. As an idea you could use some C4Ds that go with the flow set on screen, I believe that would look nice. Easy to find some packs on deviantArt for free! Well, I hope this helped you a bit somehow, sorry if I said something wrong. Good luck on the entry!

Wow, I haven't updated in a while so sorry about that. I'm also sorry that I haven't done all the gifts that I said I would...the story behind that is that I haven't been able to get my brushes transferred to CS3 yet, AAAND I found out that the CS3 had a bad serial number so I can't activate it, but the seller has said he will refund the money within a few days...
BUT I am going to buy CS5 off of Adobe so that I get a guaranteed legitimate copy, and the student price is 200. YAY! But until that happens, I'm afraid I'm going to have to continue my sig hiatus >.<;; but when I get all that sorted out...requests and such will be open, and...if you still want your gifts, I can do them...I'm so sorry...

My first real person sig ever. URUHA <3 it doesn't really do him justice though... well, the render needs more blending, yes, and the bg is a little empty but I'm not sure what to do about all that...it's my first attempt, please don't be too harsh... also my first attempt at unusual text...

Double post!!
Since it's February the 14th I just wanted to give two shout outs to, even though they aren't on here, two wonderful people: My very best friend, whom I love more than life: You are amazing! And gorgeous! And I love you so, so, so much and want you to be happy! My good friend whom I have 10 hour conversations and wonderful hugs with: You're awesome. And freaking tall. And I really love your hugs. :3 Oh, and I can't wait to watch Ponyo with you! And also just thanks to all my AS friends, who I could not name them all! You know who you are.

Well here goes an update, started watching Clannad (on ep 8 now) and Kotomi's my favorite. <3
SOTM entry for this month (musical nature): well actually I'm still debating between less sparkles: and more sparkles: but I don't think I'll be making anymore changes unless there's something that stands out to someone that should be changed.
