http://i.imgur.com/Udepmbx.jpg Moka is absolutely radiant and stunningly gorgeous in the epilogue chapter. Love it. |

Tsukune's face when Moka bites him sums it up perfectly.
I fought countless enemies, lost my first love, lost my humanity, spent countless days preparing to save the world and my first love, sacrificed my humanity.... FOR THIS???!

I'm gonna be honest here (and I know my opinion won't be popular here, which I may have mentioned already once), I'm not surprised to see that this "Epilogue" (it doesn't feel like much of one, to be honest. Feels like a normal chapter or even an Omake.) is disappointing. I honestly almost expected it to be disappointing. In fact, most of Season 2 has been disappointing. I liked the idea of introducing a villain group called "Fairy Tail", but even that got fumbled somewhat.
Much of what I liked about the overall story in Season 1, I felt, was lost in Season 2. The series started to feel like a typical Action focused Harem series (like we don't have enough of those already) that relied too much on past Manga cliches instead of something unique and different. Maybe I would have forgiven that if Character development and storytelling had been better. I guess that is what the audience in Japan want and the manga creator has to lean towards their taste, especially since I'm a North American reader. But I still can't help but feel very disappointed with Season 2 of R+V. I just hope his next work is better, I may even check it out. But I'm not holding out much hope that I'll be interested. |

It's likely not that different from his since he became a ghoul and since I doubt she was biteing people all the time when she was living with humans it is likely that it wasn't that Tsukune was human but that he was Tsukune that made him smell and taste good to her.

Oh well, at least it's not a beach chapter. But I don't feel that this is any better, the story lacked a proper conclusion. The final chapter delivered a rushed ending and the epilogue might as well have been filler.
A few of the loose threads were addressed, namely Issa and Moka in the aftermath. A shame Akua didn't show up. |

Not bad.
Btw, Moka isn't the pink one, but a teasing one, just look at her expressions, she is teasing Tsukune and seduces him. If I have time I'll look for the complete raw, give it a read and leave a summary if possible. Some people just post theire impression and other both summary and impression of the chapter. |
