All throughout A's, she stayed well outside of the fighting. This is not to suggest that she cannot or will not fight, but rather that she avoids it. Probably as a matter of duty, since it's best for the team that the healer remain fresh and unmolested. |

There's a reason the position for mages like Shamal, Yuuno, Caro and Lutecia is called Full Back, after all. They're support mages, their solo capabilities in a fight may be good, but in a team they should always take the ideal position behind the comrades they can boost or heal.

Well, Yuuno never shows Increase power like Caro or as much healing proficiency as Shamal (fairly sure a healing field could heal multiple people, but it would be slower and more taxing than Calm Heal, unless Calm Heal IS a healing field)...
Yuuno would support through binds, remotely defending his allies (as per Sphere Protection), teleporting comrades and enemies, and tossing in some bullets. The Full Back position can be covered in various ways, and those ways may mean that one can do more than just support. Unlike Caro, Yuuno can afford to jump into the thick of a fight to serve as an emergency Front Attacker or Wing Guard. Caro would have to send Fried to do that, leaving her unguarded; if she's still mounted on him, she's at risk. I'd compare him to Shamal, but there's really not enough evidence to suggest how the two compare in terms of solo combat strength. Gears of Destiny might provide an idea, unless game balance has left one of them inferior or superior to the other in a way that obviously shouldn't be taken seriously. |

The Dark Piece Linith itself was driven by a desire strong enough to give it a full personality, let it defeat all of her own opponents, and fight Dark Piece Precia to a draw.
The Dark Piece of Yuuno was driven by his original desire to recover the Jewel Seeds, which was at least strong enough to give it a full personality and fight Shamal to exhaustion. Do Dark Pieces disappear if they become exhausted, or only if they are sufficiently damaged? |

Dark piece Nanoha: does Nanoha have a dark piece?
Dark piece Fate: the desire to be acknowledged by Precia. Vanishes in regret. Dark piece Yuuno: the desire to take responsibility over the Jewel Seed incident. He seems to fade away in content when he is defeated and told that a kind young girl will surely help him recover the Jewel Seeds Dark piece Wolkenritter: mute with no personalities, based on an old incarnation of them. Desire to protect the tome owner? Dark piece Vivio: The desire to see her mother. Is told that this is all a bad dream she will wake up from. Dark piece Einhart: The desire to prove Kaiser arts to be the strongest. Vanishes in regret when defeated. Dark piece Dearche: The desire to prove herself to be worthy king. Very upset when destroyed. Dark piece Stern: She realizes what she is and laments that her wish didn't come true this time. Dark piece Levi: The desire to see the outside world and play with someone. When defeated she says she had enough fun playing. Dark piece Thoma: It seems to be more more out of regret than desire. When defeated, he laments not being a able to protect Lily and causing trouble for everyone. Dark piece Precia: a single minded strong dark piece obsessed with reviving her daughter Dark piece Linith: born out of the regret for not being there for Fate, Arf and Precia and do something This kind of moment can be quite sad

DP Vita: Enraged an tired of her eternal cycle of suffering, also convinced that no one can save her. DP Signum: Depressed by the fact she's stuck eternally in pointless battles never able to have a fair fight. DP Zafira: Obsessed over following his role as a guardian(his old attitude of "i'll do what my master says no matter if it's right or worng"). DP Shamal: I don't remember much of this one but she seemed to be taciturn and serious in contrast with the charmly and clumsy lady we know and love.

DP Kyrie: Let's have a date next time ♪ ^^ (disappears)). DP Amitie: Regretful that she wasn't able to stop her pink haired sister. Disappears while screaming "Kiai failed... NOOO!" I believe you guys forgot DP Reinforce and DP Hayate.

^ Problem is that only those whose cores or powers where absorbed/part of the Book of Darkness got fragments. That's the reason Chrono or the Lieze Twins never get one and according to the plot Precia and Linith were created from Fate's memories.
Don't change the fact the Vita VS. Arf fight was one of the funniest in this game, they mistaken each other for a Dark Piece, such a pair of hotheads xD!
