I don't know, but if her case is similar to Satou's, than she might be way older than her appearance suggests (he was a working adult and is now in a 15 year old body) and the biggest problem regarding being to young was the mental age, or was it not?

Likely even older than Satou, as she's actually lived her old life PLUS the current one.

Satou wasn't reincarnated, so his mental age is the same as his old self.

Well, we have a 20-30 years old man in the body of a fifteen year old person (that is if I remember his ages correctly), and an (older lady) of unknown age who was reborn into this world and lived there for 11 years.

If anything at all, it should be Satou we should be worried about: He's about to become prey for a cougar!

I wouldn't call her a cougar. Sure she may be mentally older than the MC but physically she's way younger. I'd be more worried if the MC started to suddenly lust after her tbh.

I don't know, from the sounds of the talk he should have met a God before even appearing in the world regardless if he was summoned or reincarnated. Also unlike summoned heroes who are basically exactly as it sounds with just being summoned to a new world, his body went back to teenage years which wouldn't have happened if he was summoned.

You meet a god/goddess (I assume in the stereotypical limbo-space) during reincarnation that gives you hints and guidance, or you're summoned straight to a summoning circle by a royalty.

Basically this world has both of those, and you come to this world with one of those two ways.
With the exception of Satou of course.

Also the Dragon God
